  15. Braid is great around grass & pads and most all heavy vegetation as the line can cut into & through it. It also stands up OK against smooth metal dock pilings, and most submerged timber, although depending how soft it is the braid sometimes cuts into the wood and gets hung up. Some of the quickest failures I've had with braid came with line tension around cement structures like around bridges. Pops like a hot knife through butter. A-Jay
