Sounds like you might be somewhat unfamiliar with the inner workings of your reel. If there is a tackle shop near you, perhaps you could take it in. Someone who is familiar with setting up the reel could show you how to do it correctly. Might take a good bit of the guess work out of it - A-Jay

I hear ya - and after seeing them in action - I've forever been on a secret & very covert search for more. If there are any at all out there, whoever has them is doing an extremely effective job at keeping them on the down low. But I'm still looking. A-Jay
