  1. I clean my boat almost everytime I get out of the water. I will wash it down and then wipe it dry and I will then put some spray wax on it to keep it clean. -Nitroman
  2. I bought a v-bottom fibergalls 14' when I was 17 and I hated it. Everytime I would move around in the boat it would wobble and I couldn't barley stand up to fish. I now own a Nitro 17' bass boat and I like the way it runs through water and the way it stays while I'm walking on it. -Nitroman
  3. I don't have a single problem with my transducer acting up in my boat. My speed at top will max out at "55mph"-- so it says. But so far no problems out of it. -Nitroman
  4. Thanks for making me think about this... I've never tried it that way before but I will now!!!! -Nitroman
  5. I would use a large blade spinner bait, something that will move alot of water, and use a bright color!!! Another suggestion would be to use a weightless worm rigged weedless so you don't hang up on so many weeds. Iwould definatley go early morning to try out the topwater bite since you can almost throw anything that makes noise to get a bite. Good Luck to You!!! -Nitroman
  6. d**n Paul that sucks bad. I bought the baby bass bait from Mattlures and I have had zero luck out of it :-[ Maybe I will learn one day.

  13. Sam, I was looking over this thread so I called City of Manassas Division of Water Utilities at 703-257-8380, I spoke to whoever answered the phone and they told me that you are able to fish from the shore only if you know someone that owns land out there. The lady also stated that NO ONE is aloud to put any craft of any type on the lake. -Nitroman
  14. d**n, $100.00 an hour thats crazy!!! LOL Well good luck Ron!!!
  15. Try a rage tail toad or shad. They work great for me on grass mats!!! MOst of the places I fish have grass mats and are about 2-6' deep and that is where I get most of my fish!! -Nitroman

  21. I was wondering what the bait monkey was up too. Since the diesel prices are so high now I can barely afford to make it to work... He no longer bothers me LOL
  22. Hey ron, I'm sorry about that ron, That had to be scary!!! I'm glad you two are okay!!! BTW I sent you a PM Don't worry about me I got another partner and everything went okay... Although I didn't place we still had fun. -Nitroman
  23. Cute kid!!! Oh to be young again!!! ;D
  24. I perfer to fish from deep to shallow, Like jivey said it is easier to keep your bait in contact with the bottom this way. Everything I have always read tells me to fish this way and for me it has proven productive. another thing to try is throwing a deep crank and let it bounce off the ledge, this will help you out alot if you have a hard bottom but if it is a grass bottom it will just give you a headache LOL -Nitroman
  25. Deep cranks and rat-l-traps anything noisy
