Personally, I think that a Winch is a good alternative to rounds reels and with 50# braid I think your ready to rock. JMO

I appreciate that freakyfish, that's what prompted me to buy the Wavespin. The only thing I didn't care for was the grip on the handle. I see the handle for their newer DHxl model is offered separately and fits my 3000, I'm gonna buy that and get rid of the other one. TT is an opinion that I trust, but was just wondering of anyone elses experiance. Thanks

I don't know if Mr. Buck was retired breeding stock or what, but that point is moot. He's no longer living in peace and the dummy now gives game enthusiasts another possible black eye >
