  2. Main Index > Cases and Codes > U.S. Constitution > Fifth Amendment U.S. Constitution: Fifth Amendment Fifth Amendment - Rights of Persons No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation
  3. Wanna Race? lol The turtle and the hare, lol Good luck with her, safe travels!
  4. Found a great tool. Cheap, small, could save your life. CHECH IT OUT
  5. I guess that would be called the "icing" on the cake? I've always been one to honor someone elses accomplishments but my jealousy vein is starting to thump awful hard! I havn't caught a fish in months and most likely won't see a 9 anytime soon (judged in years). Somthing has to change, I have to get down to your neck of the woods. Maybe late spring. SOMEONE HOST A CAST EVENT!!!
  6. C'mon blue eyes, nothing sexier than a chick in a 1 piece Carhartt suit!! Layer up and represent! Hot chocolate, largemouth bass and your honey,....what could be better? I know,....warming up when you get to shore Great catching Craig, good luck figuring out the new hole. ps- don't listen to Fluke, if one of his fish had eaten one of your dinks he'd have his 10 and just needs to vent about it.
  7. yea, big fish! that 1st one though is about 5 yrs old. Been on the net for a while.
  8. Sounds more like a fair transaction, than a deal. They are retailing for $25 and you got 4 for $96. Saved $4. As mentioned before, if you NEED 4 of them,....sure but if you only need 1 or 2, just buy them locally.

depends, at UPS, it is "industrial engineering" the clueless dudes that lay out the routes, but in computer world, it's "internet explorer"
  10. Great link from the U.S. ARMY COLD REGIONS RESEARCH & ENGINEERING LABORATORY Hanover, New Hampshire Ice Safety
  11. Not looking for generic fishing tips, looking for SAFETY related suggestions and discussion.
  12. Good stuff Ctaig, thanks. Just a reminder, as 5bass noted, the pre-spawn and spawn articles in the library are probably the best batch of articles here (IMO). All this stuff is covered in a few of them but it's good to see it again. Funny, Alot of folks up here are talking pre-spawn. lol. Old man winter sure has lots of people fooled this year. many think we forgot winter,....it just hasn't come yet!
  13. Guys, I have 1 (one) smallmouth under my belt in this lifetime. That ain't right. I am putting out an appeal to anyone in the NE area who would be kind enough to take me to your bronzeback honey hole. I will bring the food/drink and cigars and ,of course, gas money. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME!?!
  14. In all seriousness, now that the temps have finally caught up with the date, I thought it might be time to share some tips, techniques and knowledge about how to keep it safe on the ice. I'll start this one off. NEVER ice fish alone
  15. Cause we don't play nice,lol.....be sure to look both ways when crossing the street in RI
  16. Matt, those pics are PRICELESS!! The black and wht makes them even better. All my kid pics are at my parents house and there was one of me about 7 yrs old on opening day sitting streamside, wrapped in a grn army blanket with ice hanging from my line. I really need to find that. I want it in black and white for my house after seeing Matts pics. Great idea for a thread and great pics!!
  17. I use all North Face gear. I have a "continued excellence" sponsorship with them from the skiing days but would absolutely buy their stuff even if I didn't. Aside from the very best materials, the cuts and way the clothing is fitted is second to none. Construction and functionality, combined with the very best materials. Not cheap but VERY worth it. Complete opposite of frog toggs. Those things are like wearing a big billowy bag made of car cover material. Nothing "fitted" about them. I think they are great as a backup that you can keep on the boat 24/7 scruched up in a compartment, but other than that, not for me. My second choice would be the cabela's guidewear, hands down.

these are all IE7 issues. I have an older version of IE and won't upgrade but firefox does not share these issues. I have firefox on here for when I go to certain sites. HawhHunters site locks up on me with IE so I use firefox there. Cabela10 is the only person I have heard of having problems with it. Everyone else I know who uses it , loves it. I'm just old fashioned and don't like the "look". But yes muddy, firefox is safe to download if you want to check it out and you can remove it after if you don't like it, no biggee.
  19. When i first looked through the catalogue, I remember that pic and my brain registered "Clunn" although looking at it, it's clear it isn't but......
  20. That's what I thought but Rw A. wears a tight stash, no beard B. Fishes the Tenn river mainly, the place in the pic looks huge C. Is a hard core Cabela's guide wear man
  21. We even have ice on the edges of the bay (salt) Personally, I have been waiting for winter to get here. Unlike Raul, I LOVE the winter. If I were stuck in a place with a consistent climate, I would go nuts. I think I would also burn out on fishing.
  22. Sick. It's official, lol DH, Oh man,....you're cheeks are gonna need a couple days to heal. You've got a bad case of "perma-grin", I'm sure!! Great job.
  23. Should have used UPS, eh' LBH? I bet they would have braved the weather to get my pkg here! ...lol Let us know when you do talk to Loomis. EEeeeeeyup, lol. Hey, are you saying always sends their stuff via fedex? If so, would you have the addy for shipp/rec at loomis handy? Geez Ronnie,....rub it in a little, lol.
