Attention Tennessee fans
You just better hope LSU is up by more than a TD with less than 2 minutes to go or you will learn the Mustang D the hard way. I like Chavis, but inside 2 minutes he sucks something fierce. As for Kiffin, I was for his hiring and I like his brashness. Check out the article in SI this week. Theres no doubt he can recruit, check out his wife. ;D As for the Brown situation, it doesn't matter. If UT lands him great, if not I expect David Oku to commit then. I think he is waiting to see what Brown does before keeping his committment, or bolting for Awwbarn. As for the scores in the UF and UA game, its not like they were going to try and take it easy on UT anyway, so that won't make any difference what so ever. Meyer nor Saban have any more class than Kiffin or most other coaches. I will wait 2-3 years though before passing full judgement on Kiffin.

BassResource on City Limits!
I watched it this morning on the DVR before leaving for work. I looked to see if it would be in the credits and was a little disappointed it wasn't, but at least it was on your shirt for your short clip.

Curado Green? Bah! Curado Oak more like it.
I could go for a cherry wood finish. Now that would be nice.

Who is your favorite Iron Chef?
Im not completely surprised. Listening to her, I would think she may have even grew a pair of cajones.

US reels
That good huh? ;D

US reels
Has anyone tried them on here, spinning or baitcasting? I tried doing a search, but putting US and Reels in search basically brings up everything under the sun. I would like to try a wider spooled spinning reel to see if it does help with memory and casting. The technology they use on BCs seems awfully different on their website.

Must Have for 2009: 10" Anaconda
Yup, absolutely sickening..... > I watched Rolands show for the first time in a long time a day or two ago. He was fishing with Bill Dance and Johnny Morris in La. for redfish. That was probably the worst thing I have ever seen for advertising instead of fishing.

Darkness sucks
Luckily no power outage here. It did blow so hard that water was forced into the house at the bottom of the door facing.

The Price Of Oil vs. Gasoline
Its not only gas, but motor oil is even worse right now. Still during $4 a gal gas, I could get 5 quarts of Castrol for 9-11 bucks. Got 5 quarts the other day for $14.50.

BassResource on City Limits!
I love the show, but doesnt it always seem to drop 30 degrees the day before the shoot, and they end up with bluebird skies? Looking forward to the show.

Someone help Burley out
Bassn, here in rural SWVA driving around the block means going around this:

Magic Shad
I can understand that, but a musky is a ton of fun.

Magic Shad
Dang nice Thad. Hope your not lowering the New pulling bass out with those lures.

Someone help Burley out
He's bored and jacking around with the background of another forum we moderate. Lets run a late night snack topic or something. Help relieve this man of his boredom!!! Tell him how much better Quantum is than Shimano, something.

Nikon D90
I agree with matt on that. It has its time and place, as a backup, but cameras are cameras, and camcorders are camcorders. You need a high capacity card for much video content and if I am not mistaken it will only operate upto 8GB SD cards.

Bud Shootout
When they changed the surface drivers began to love Bristol more and fans liking it less. Not as much action as they used to be. I just want to go to Darlington sometime soon to watch one. Its the purest track left on the circuit, and even it with the pave job lost a little luster. I would like to go to the Nationwide race in the spring though. I want to see how Junior Johnson, David Pearon, Harry Gant, DW and others mix it up in the legends race.

Nikon D90
It is a very nice camera. Nikon considers the D40 and 60 to be their cameras for people learning DSLR, or who use them for family type setups. The D80 and 90 are grouped as their semi-professional/experienced amateur line. You are getting a better AF lens servo, more focus areas, and a slightly better exposure metering system with a D80 or 90 over the 40 and 60.

Who is your favorite Iron Chef?
Batali is great, but all of those guys are there for a reason. Their all great. Bobby Flay knows who owns him though. Jack McDavid! Thats for some old school Food Network folks.

Who is your favorite Iron Chef?
Come on, this is a fishing website, how can it not be Morimoto! That goes back to the original Iron Chef. Chen would be a close second for me.

Bud Shootout
Every flip equals another W. Something Harvick rarely does. Heck, he's on a SR streak around 97ish isn't he? There's a lot people in SRs galaxy, just not too many that entered it in turn 4 at Daytona.
-
Bud Shootout
Don't worry he will pull them out when they actually count. He's not a Harvick or a JR.

Burley and The Beast's iced over ponds report
Didn't he get a new Quantum rod?

Burley and The Beast's iced over ponds report
Had a cousin take his boy up to BCL trout fishing last week. Said people were busting holes in the ice with rocks to fish out of. The made out with 9. I figured you took Burley to try out that new Quantum.
