  1. Congrats! Don't rest on your laurels though; the cream rises to the top so bust your butt and do your absolute best. Good luck on the continued success.
  2. Looks like a Bandit 100 series in Tennessee Shad color: http://www.toplakstackle.com/Bandit_Footloose_Tennessee_Shad_p/banfl02.htm
  3. Picture #1 seems pretty obviously photochopped. The guy's hands don't even line up; his left hand is holding this fish how?!!! Picture #3 seems photochopped. The guy's right hand fingers are HUGE and he's not even holding the fish out to the camera fully (his right elbow is near his body).
  4. Good point wrangler. Kind of makes you wonder who spoke with the guy and if they got any more info out of him like how he weighed it or how long it is, etc....
  5. Copied from another forum (GON). Supposedly someone made a call to the newspaper and got the skinny. "Well a very nice young lady from the paper just called me on the phone an gave me the run down. Said it was the biggest bass she had ever seen but the man told them the weight before taking the picture but this weight was not comfirmed by anyone at the paper. So guess we'll never really know. I would think though if the guy was pulling a hoax he would not have run home to eat it. Otis told the reporter that it cost to much to have it mounted!! "
  6. ;D Homer rocks. My favorite line of his goes "Alright brain; I don't like you and you don't like me. But let's just get through this and I can go back to killing you with beer." That or "Shut up brain or I'll stab you with a Q-tip."
  7. X2. Be like going to heaven on Earth.......... Congrats Kent.
  8. Bigger than any bass I ever caught and without knowing how big Otis is and no details on how it was weighed, can't say one way or another.
  9. Toes Up = dead. I've heard people use another part of the human anatomy for the T word.
  10. I have a Pond Prowler which is similar to the Bass Raider and trust me, you don't want to have to paddle those things. If you're only fishing those lakes, get a canoe, kayak or one of those fishing tubes.
  11. We need an 'Other' option. Coffee flavored ice cream..............
  12. Several states do not recognize cousins because family trees there have no branches.
  13. I wouldn't want to go swimming in my subdivision lake in a couple years with this little fella.
  14. If you're lending money for clothes I'm guessing you shouldn't expect it back. Consider it a gift and you'll both feel better about it.
  15. I pulled it back up at work and did it while there wasn't anything going on. Think of it like a sudoku only with words instead of numbers. I agree with Bassn Blvd; if I got it right, it can't be that difficult.
  16. Outstanding post by Glenn there. Thanks Jake for reposting that. I had two fish last week that I cut the hook very close to the fish's gullet but from now on I'll give this a go first.
  17. Program got axed because someone else posted a thread saying 'ask me anything about LMB'. No need to have Hannon here too. :
  18. Whoa; someone caught a 22 lber? When the heck did this happen?!!!!
  19. Thanks Glenn. Now I wonder if they can tell us if we're spending too much money on fishing stuff.
  20. I got the same answer as IDbasser without cheating. Had to draw the houses though and make some lists but hey, I'm gettin' old.
  21. I did answer this way back in the day (16 years ago) correctly when my mind was relatively new.
  22. The other day I was out in B.F.E., got in a fight with some D.B. and got K.O.'d. Was A.F.U. for about 3 days but was thankful I wasn't T.U.
  23. Judging from your posts, you've had quite enough of it already. Seriously though, how about we just put a sticky up and then delete all new threads on this? Oh, BTW: Anyone ever try using JJ's on a Senko? Does it interact with the salt in an adverse way?
  24. I agree with LBH; might go 3 or close to it. Nice fish.
