  1. I don't know were to buy a kit or if one exsists but I have an old ink cartridge refill hypodermic syringe that I would use if I needed to or you can use one of those needles that are used to inflate footballs, basketballs, soccerballs etc.
  2. WELCOME ABOARD CUTIE, I can't believe that those guys won't take a Lady fishing that's just ridicules and disrespectful. You just keep asking questions in this forum and you will wind up out fishing them.
  3. Keep in mind that your not the only one logged on to buy the same item as other buyes are looking to buy as well by the time you pull the trigger the item may be out. *** updates in real time but you have to back out of the screen to get the update I don't think BPS does that I have been bit from time to time that an in stock item was put on Backorder but then agian I can't verify how many others were buying the same item but for the most part I'm happy with BPS.

Being Country or City shouldn"t matter there are MORONS that come from both no one is immune their are good and there are bad you have to make a decision which you want to be and take it from there but to say you ain't "city folk" your country through and through is a prejudiced statement as there ever was one if your form the country your ok if not well your no good THAT JUST SUCKS. It's stuff like this that gives people like Al Sharpten ammo to use at someone else's expense.
  5. Look Ma no cavities.
  6. Here's my .02, I use the BPS Johnny Morris spinning rods and I really like the action and sensitivity of these rods an excellent buy when on sale. One thing I've learned in life according to the human mind if it costs more it has to be better and I'm not saying all the high end rods mentioned here in this post aren't excellent rods buy keep in mind as far as marketing goes a brand name will add 25% to 40% more to the price for same quality of a no name you put a G Loomis name on a Johnny Morris rod and it's a $200+ rod and people will brag what great rod it is and that's a fact. The power of suggestion has an *** effect on the minds of the consumer. I have fished with my friend's GL and it's a great rod but the J. Morris rod was right there with it. I also have a St Croix rod an excellent rod in it's own right but the J. Morris stands right with it. Just my .02
  7. I have a 2004 74 power Drive and mine doesn't have the sliding problems being discussed I never have had to Armorall the shaft and although to get it off the deck takes a little effort I have had no porblems with it.
  8. Great job guys, what a way to spend a spring break sure beats getting wasted and acting a fool.
  9. Nice fish, congrats. How many time does that happen last cast and catching a good fish. Takahiro Omori won the 2004 Bassmaster Classic on the last cast.
  10. I failed to mention in my previous posts that I too use the rod mounted Co-Pilot feature as my front deck on my Tracker Targa 17SC is shorter than a Bass boat to have wires running on it for the foot pedal I fish for Walleyes at night and I almost triped over the wire and went overboard although I do wear my PFD all the time I'm onboard. This feature must be popular because Motor Guide came out with their own wirless motor as they say Monkey see Monkey do.
  11. Because of the marketing hype and most anglers buy products on hype.....I wouldn't use HS on any reel I service. Reason is that the make up of the oil is for the PT reels that Quantum came out with. It is a poly based oil with a red dye, to match the poly coated bearing packs that they use in the PT series reels. Quantum hyped it and release it to the public. I have seen some reels that the owners got into with HS grease, being as most anglers don't know how to really service a reel they are using the grease in areas that will actually hamper the functions of the reels. They also tend to put the HS oil is places that will eventually get into the drag and IAR systems and it can and does mess things up there. Most good service shops will charge extra if the reels have been lubed with HS. I have tested reels that were oiled with HS, dunking and letting them sit in the rain. The grease does wash out as well as the oil, and the fooling part of it is that the red dye has most anglers thinking that is has bonded to the metals and it still there, when in fact it is just dyed metals. Tight Lines!! So, In some regard your saying that using it in the wrong way can cause problems and in another it was made only for quantum PT reels then there's a time and place for Hot Sauce and the idea that not using it on any reel doesn't make sense but using it on the PT series does. I understand. You weren't the one whom made the "I wouldn't use it on any reel" comment and never explained why. I do appreciate your explanation Reel Mech thank you. Tight Lines
  12. I have a CMC 6" adjustable on a Tracker 17SC Deep V with a 90hp merc the biggest improvement that I have seen is less top end loss with 2 or 3 people om board although I haven't finished adjusting it to find the sweet spot I'm doing a little at time say 1/4" increments. Eventually I will find the sweet spot and I'm expecting a 2 to 3mph increase in top end speed.
  13. I was the unfortunate owner of a power drive for 6 years. The best day of my life was the day the removeable mount broke and the whole thing went overboard. Go back through this boating board. There's a couple threads on the MK power drive. Previous owners and many current have given them a big thumbs down for most of the reasons I listed. Great open water TM's or for waters where you can only use a TM to get around with and you want to go a far distance without having to leave your foot on the motor to steer it. They suck for most any other bass situation. I don't have any said problems with mine but everyone has their likes and dislikes on everything. Without question I would buy another best thing to do is find someone that has one on their boat and ask to operate it and you can learn for yourself. This one has been a touchy subject in this forum and has lead to some on going debates I like them someone else doesn't that's what America is all about freedom of choice.
  14. Sorry, I misread the post. No it doesn't matter if your using lures.
  15. COOL!!!! Great job.
  16. Make sure ti's legal in your state because that's not the case all over.
  17. Don't know what your talking about......But, I fish around floating docks and the turning has never been an issue with me I have used mine on a lake were there's no powered docks and have run a full week on one charge the PowerDrive I have has a battery maximizer only using as much juice that's neccessary granted the stow and deploy on my 2004 could use improvement but I don't run and gun so it's not an issue. I have no issues fishing for Bass with this motor.
  18. A forum member in a previous post said not to put Hot Sauce on any reel right now it's the front runner. He never did respond to what he based his opinion on. I wonder why?
  19. Don't put it on spinning reels unless you like to play with Slinky toys because that's what it looks like when it comes off your spool on it's own tons of memory as well. It's good on baitcasters though
  20. I have the 24V 74 AutoPilot - CoPilot and I like the idea of using the autopilot feature when running the shoreline on rivers and lakes. I would buy another if and when I upgrade to a bigger boat.
  21. Check your States Fishing laws some states consider Panfish as gamefish and can't be used for bait.
  22. Get his Perch from the East Coast Series and the Ultimate Bluegill. Are there any Crappies if so then buy the Ultimate Crappie. The Sunfish color would be a good one as well. The old saying is match the hatch you know what forage is in the water so go from there. http://www.mattlures.com/products.htm Tackletour review http://www.tackletour.com/reviewmluresultimatebg.html
  23. We have some serious rain here in PA and some snow along with it which is not what your looking for flash flood warnings are in effect wish I could send you some of our rain. Good Luck.
  24. Most scales that I ever had were made to push the hook through the mouth. I recently purchased a Berkley digital grip scale that clamps the fishes mouth it goes to 30lbs I do have and old Berkley hook scale that goes to 60+ pounds I never use the gill plate to many things can go wrong there the mouth will heal and close the hole.
