Braid does make a hight pitch sound your going with a smaller dia. then you would with Mono and that smaller dia. is like a Vilolin being played through the guides and anti-twist roller.

Thanks, But I do know about the braided deal. What I needed to know is this, Do you thread the line through the holes in the spool or attach the line to the spool just like a spinning reel?

I just purchased my first 2 baitcasters they are the low profile type. I went to put line on and I noticed there are holes in the spool. I need to know how to attach the line to the spool? There are no instructions as they are combos.

I haven't ever had any lose shape or go bad but some colors will bleed into other colors so keep like colors together and separate from others.

I don't know about hinder but they do change the action to a wider wobble and a more loose action like using a loop on your line rather than a tight knot to the lure. I use a #1 snap swivel with spinning gear and I have noticed less line twist the wider action seems to work ok for me.

They showed it on B.A.S.S. Saturday and you could hear the gas release on TV so maybe your diagram isn't accurate. There have been to many articles in print and on TV explaining down the throat fizzing to be wrong.
