Can a St. Croix Mojo 7 1/2 be used for flipping?
mojo is a 5 year warranty,i would spend a little more and get lifetime, better in the long run.and it will perform better. crucial is a sweet rod for the money.i use a 6'10 H extra fast and swear its scary sesitve.and i own rods worth alot more.i just think its a joy to use.you'll feel things u never have or thought possible. i havent used the flipping stick but it has to be good.

Shimano Cumara ...
i use my cumara 7'2 MH extra fast for froging, and im not careful with it .its been holding up over a year.i think u just got a bad rod/batch.lol like it was said shimano will make it right.sucks to have to wait. oh the bait monkey told me to tell you.that since the rod is broken ,its ok to get another one to make up for all the stress this has caused you

Best reel for flippin?
curado.who needs 24lbs of drag?you will break your rod if you crank it down that tight anyway.well if you hook something big.put your thumb over the spool is you want to lock it down, thats like 100lbs of drag :

Can i return a Shimano Cumara to BPS for a different action?
i own the CUCX72MH its not a flipping stick.but its got tons of power.great for pitching and some flipping.i did all my toad fishing with it last summer.i do love this rod. the rod can do more than 1/2 jigs...............so.....i would say it would work great. 8-)

Which one should i get
i own the ltb jig rod.its nice 8-)but the mojo i looked at today felt the same, like exactly.i know it wont be as sensitve but it weights about the same.i think anything st croix you will be happy with.just spend as much as you want.the more you spend the better they get.oh and i own a loomis imx.thats my fav.around the same money as the ltb.feel them if you can and then decide what one you like better. then by them both 8-) ;D
