I'm also curious. Those little plat flies seem like pan fish killers too.

Vendetta 2S For $29.99
Got mine and paired it with a revo s and like it so far. I'll try to fish with it this weekend and see how it performs. Definitely a fast tip like I was hoping for. Best deal I've got on a rod, ever. Big thanks to the OP!

Any Soft Jerkbaits Better Than The Zoom Super Fluke?
I love the super fluke Jr's more than the full size. I have caught my biggest and the most fish on them and have complete confidence in those baits. I would like them to be a bit heavier at times though. I do have a pack of roboworms alive shad on the way to try as a substitute. We'll see how that goes...

Vendetta 2S For $29.99
Ah, boo. Was hoping for a med/fast but for the price I'll find a use for it.

Vendetta 2S For $29.99
Anyone know if the 6'6 are medium power medium action as well? And if going to the local wally world to exchange for the new model would be worth the hassle? Still not tracking update on my order yet.

Paging Lmg - Clarus Vs Compre Vs Crucial Vs Cumara
I've used the warranty once for my Clarus and that was my because the threads epoxy was cracked and started to unravel. Besides, that's what it's there for right? They also allow you to cut the rod in half to save in return shipping. Took about 10 days to receive my new one. What's another 70 rod you can do that with?

Paging Lmg - Clarus Vs Compre Vs Crucial Vs Cumara
I've owned the first 3 and can say they rockfor a rod at their price point. Don't think you can go wrong with either.

Vendetta 2S For $29.99
I jumped on that deal and got the 6'6 model shipped to my casa. Figured why not at that price. Now I just need to find a smoking deal on a reel. Too bad I got rid of all my heavier tackle since I've been fishing light tackle only for a while.

The Walking Dead
another awesome show. i havnt watched it on TV since i dont have that channel but a friend let me borrow the first 3 seasons on blu ray and wow, that show is great. its too bad andy passed, he was such a good actor. and while this new guy does a great job, its just not the same. RIP

Spinning Reel For A 7' Ml/f Crucial Suggestions
well i gave it some more thought and im willing to spend a bit more. so now im stuck between the new saros 2500 and the new revo sx 20. kinda leaning towards the revo sx because of its shallow spool and it looks better, imo. both are on flea bay for around $130. going through my line box, i have plenty of 15# braid so ill probably have that on the main spool and 20# on the back up. btw, this rod is amazing. the tip is a bit faster than i expected but it helps with all my single hook presentations. it does have tons of backbone for being a ML rod. i was also questioning the reel seat at first but i can say now that its very comfortable and secure. i havnt fished anything as expensive before but now that i have, i dont think i can go back to anything less. thanks for all the replies, guys.

The Walking Dead
ugh, yes. she was annoying long before they killed her off. andrea seems to be going that route too.

The Walking Dead
love the show but the comics are better. its really the only show i make an effort to watch routinely and havnt missed an episode yet. love the whole concept as its not really about the zombies but about different people coming together and surviving through the apocalypse. i already cant wait for next season. if its anything like the comics, it should be interesting. its a shame the new survival instincts game was a dud, i had high hopes for it. the one telltales did was awesome though.

Cutting Braided Line?
dykes work very well. not only for lines but for anything you may need to cut. ive carried a pair for the longest until i was gifted a small swiss army knife one xmas. it was the type with the red led light on the end. the scissors on those always worked very well for me. it has a small clip that i attach to my forceps. keeps everything together.

Spinning Reel For A 7' Ml/f Crucial Suggestions
i dont mind a little bit of backing, but i dont want half a spool of it on my reel. i was thinking about the pflueger arbor or even the BPS JM/PQ reels with the wide spool. havnt read much about the the BPS though good or bad. id love the stradic if it was a different color and priced a bit lower. im not too big on the white craze lately. so far these are at the top of my list... pflueger purist and arbor in 30 size. symetre 2500fl diawa lexa 1500 - ive never owned or fished any diawa product and that handle is meh.. abu orra sx

Spinning Reel For A 7' Ml/f Crucial Suggestions
Just got my 7' ML/F 2 piece Crucial today and need a reel for it. Ive tried my 1000f Saros but at 7.x oz, i would prefer something a bit heavier to help balance it out. Ill like to stay around $100 if possible but wont mind spending a few extra if a good deal comes up. This is going to be an all around rod and ill be using 20lb braid. Thanks!

It shares the same action as the 10 22 only it's designated as a pistol. The barrel is a cut down 10 22 barrel.
