  12. Hey kbass, It sounds to me that you may need to mix the plastic better while it is in the jug. I dont know what brand you have but all of them need shaking or stirring before you heat it. Also, if you have a medium compound or a soft compound, you should not have to add much if any hardner. I use a medium compund for 80% of my pours and a soft for the stick baits. Once you add salt to the sticks then it will get harder and you wont need hardner at all for those. Hope that helps.
