I have a Minn-Kota 40lb transom mount trolling motor and a few weeks ago in stopped spinning in reverse. I took the prop off and removed a small 'wrap-around' ball of line that I picked up somehwere. Put it all back together but it still won't spin. I don't have a service rep near by so I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can fix this myself.

I never had a mullet or wore parachute pants in the 80's and couldn't quite commit to the grunge look in the 90's. The emergence of the split-grip has finally given me a chance to be 'trendy' and I'm jumping on it.

I saw Dio with Accept at MSG in 1986. It was one of the best concerts I've ever seen. Crazy stage for the Sacred Heart tour. Dragons, Laser beams, a wild sword fight. It may seem a little 'over the top' but it was the 80"s and that whole decade was about excess.

Hopefully, they will be in Raritan Bay, NJ on Friday night. I'm going on a charter with my local club.

I put my boat in on Saturday afternoon and trolled around for a little while with my brother. We totalled 3 lmb, 4 picks and a crappie. Nice to get out on the water and catch fish in the sunshine for a change.

I had great success on my last trip using Traps just like you did. I did the best with the chrome and blue ones and also on blue and white spinnerbaits with the silver blades.

What are stripe?

Also wondering what time of the year or season is best. Late Summer-Fall?

I have a couple of BPS reels that are clean and in great shape. I just want to do what I can to keep them that way. I don't fish in temps below 50 so that shouldn't be an issue. I'll try the Berkley out, since I have it already for my spinning gear, and if it doesn't feel right I'll switch to one of these other products. P.S. What is the best line?

Are these good products to use for maintaining a baitcast reel or should I look to get something from Shimano, Abu Garcia or another manufacturer?
