And i got a few souvenirs.

That is something that my grandma used to make when I was little. I still make a few every year when i get reminded of it....I need to go do something.

I'm still young in my fishing so I still buy new stuff a lot. but when i find something i like, i tend to focus on it more. Like my spinnerbaits. I have several different brands. My first ones were BooYahs, then i tried the KVD signature series and now those are my favorites. Then I Tried the terminator T-1 serires. Meh, they are okay, but I think I'm gonna stick with my KVDS. Oh wait, i bought some more today from Red Dirt baits....Well, gonna have to try them out some ice-out!

What actual science? The science of fireworks killing the birds? That is the dumbest reasoning i have ever heard. Black birds are not nocturnal so they do not fly at night. The main theory is that they were flying at night. Besides, I have never heard of somthing like this the day after 4th of july.

This is what I believe is the reason for everything dying off in mass numbers. I believe that our government is involved with all of these mass deaths. No matter what the reason is as to why this is happening, it is still scary. Not gonna get into it for there is no discussion of politics or watever : Anyways, mass die offs of fish i know are not unusual, and i did look at the list of mass die offs. Did not know that. The main theory seems to be that the deaths are coming from fireworks (did they get directly hit?), while the bird were flying.....at night, which they do not do. So even if they roost together in the winter in large numbers. why dont lots of birds die on 4th of July, just scattered around all over the place instead of one place?

This year i plan on buying a good lot of super flukes and using them a lot. To weight them down, I'm gonna buy some nail weights. Also I'm gonna buy some sworming hornets, they are a jighead with a willow blade underneath the jig.

Do you guys use the ultra soft on spinning reels? I tried 8lb on my spinning reel and seemed to have a lot of memory. I went back to using Berkley XL.

Well, I thought that was a given and we were talking about #2. ;D ;D Well then, I would have to pick a split shot rig. With 2/0 hook, 6in worm and and either a #2 or #4 splitshot weight.

I would definitely try that. Maybe different color but yeah, never seen something like that.

This year im gonna go to my fa spot and cut off a good sized branch and throw it in. Hopefully nobody will ever learn about it.
