  1. I'm more concerned about the reel choice than the ratio. Why is that? I have all BPS Pro lite and PQ after selling my shimanos and quantums and a diawa! I have had them for a long while and have had no problems with any of the reels! They cast just as far as my brand name reels. So maybe you can come down off your high horse and join the rest of us! OR maybe he could step up to the top of the pile and join some of us. JK 8-) Seriously, Ive bought 2 of the BPS PQ reels, still have 1 and they are good reels. Not anything like my Steez reels but I think they are good value for the $$$. The fact that you can compare a BPS reel to a Shimano or Daiwa tells me you don't know much about reels. Funny, Ive been using baitcasters for around 10 years! I have had a wide variety of curados, few different types of quantums. I had a diawa tda. I like my pq and pro lites better. My pro lites cast 1/4oz cranks just fine! I have never had any problems with them ever! Your ignorance astounds me!

  3. I sold all my other reels and now own all pro lites and pq's!
  4. When I get a chance to get over to my parents house I will get some pics, I store all my fishing gear there for the winter lol!
  5. I just make my own! A little Lexan,epoxy,jighead,drillbit, and soft plastic!

  9. Id go with the Clunn otherwise look at a Pro qualifier! Imo the pro qualifier is the best reel for the money! If you can wait till the spring classic with the reel trade in and other sales/deals BPS has!
  10. Right now I have: Spinning (1) 7' M Fast action Baitcasting (1) 7' M Fast action (1) 7' MH Xfast action Adding BC (1) 7'6 MH fast action (1) Swimbait setup (up to 5 maybe 6oz) I would like more setups but Thats all I would really need!

  14. I had a question I have a chance to buy one of these Curado with the 3.8:1 reels, how much are they worth? It is never used also!

  19. I am trying polycrylic on a few, its win/win if it doesnt work I can still use it to finish the trim on the soon to be babies room lol!

  22. I love my shimano spinning reels, however my bps pro qualifiers fished just as good as my curado! Which is why i sold my curado and will be getting more pq's! I still use a lot of shimano rods as well!
  23. I have only used xps and really like it, however I got some spiderwire 100% for a deal I couldnt pass up, it looks pretty similar and ive heard from a few freinds who fish it that they didnt see much of a difference between that and the bps!
