  1. I keep it simple and stick to RI sweet beavers
  2. I use the 5" and 6" as trailers for swim jigs

I use a 7ft Rod and usually it's 15lb fluoro leader and braid. I also prefer 1/4oz swim jig and a Zoom Speed Craw trailer. I normally try to shorten the speed craw a bit and the skirt on the jig a little bit to make it a more compact profile.
  4. 5" Yum Dinger wacky rigged. Got a 6-8 and five or so casts later nailed a 5-1.
  5. Check under Luck E Strike not LcLC

agree with above, they aren't as soft as Keitechs...I will reach for Keitechs first and only use the BPS speed shads when I get into a Stripers bite. Stripers aren't as picky as LMB and the Speed Shads seem a little more durable.
  7. I think the only one which they usually don't offer it on is Megabass
  8. Ditto on the RI Sweet Beavers...good colors and a great bait. I also use RI Double Wide beavers to if I want to slow down the fall.
  9. In the past you can call in your order and still get the discount.
  10. I use to fish a similar urban pond and would do really well drop shotting on 4lb line. I found the key was going to the lightest line possible, I tried 2lb test but would break off so stuck with 4lb
  11. For my weedless Hudd 68 I target fishing around reeds/weeds. For my 8" ROF12 I like points and underwater creek channels
  12. Speed Clips are a lot easier to change though not as strong as the Fastachs IMO. I've straightened one speed clip on a big striper. I now use speed clips for smaller cranks and fastachs on larger baits
  13. I fish the LC RTO squarebills in 1.5 size. I bought them on sale too and have done really well with them. As mentioned above I do change the hooks out on them
  14. Favorite is Bobby D's Grinders followed by the original D&M ones...glad I have a good supply of both!

    Spoons
  16. I use a Bill Norman Speed Clip straight to the eyelet
  17. Aaron's Magic, MMIII, hologram shad
  18. To fish during those windy days go and either buy a drift sock and that will help slow your movement down. The cheaper option is to use a 5 gallon bucket to help slow you down.
  19. I use 1/32 for up to 5 ft deep and 1/16 anything deeper
  20. I'd shy away with the EWG hooks and stick with jig hooks were the hook was exposed. I fish my A-rigs on a 7'6" H Rod. I like the heavier backbone for setting the hook. I fish it on straight 25lb mono. I normally try to bring the fish in pretty quick as my belief is that they can use the weight of the A-Rig as leverage to become unhooked.
  21. Man if you are coming out here I wouldn't trout fish...I'm sure you can trout fish in PA and it's basically the same. Go out and try to fish the Delta or something. Yeah the bass fishing may be tough but I do pretty well in the winter months on Stripers....
  22. Weightless...occasionally I will use a 1/16 oz weighted Gamakatasu EWG Superline hook
