  9. This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future! -Adolph Hitler, 1935
  10. Redlinerobert if you just want to anodize your reel then the type of aluminum does not matter since the process is the same for all aluminums. You may want to consider Alodine over anodizing. Alodine the registered trade name of Amechem Products, Inc., for a conversion coating chemical which forms a hard, unbroken aluminum oxide film on a piece of aluminum alloy. The oxide film produced by Alodine serves the same function as the film produced by anodizing, but it does not require an electrolytic bath. Alodine conforms to specifications MIL-C-5541B. Anodizing the formation of a hard, airtight, unbroken film of oxide on the surface of a piece of aluminum alloy by an electrolytic action. The aluminum alloy is the anode of the electrolytic cell, and chromic acid is used as the electrode.
  11. My fishing partner Patrick C. and I have been fishing together for 30+ years; during this time I've kept detailed records of every outing. These records show it doesn't matter who's in the front or who's the back; the total number of bass and total number of hawgs average out.
  12. Exactly what am I stirring up? You stated sponsorship facts based on Bassmaster magazine I stated cash earnings based on ESPN.com: Bassmaster Index Angler Profile Up and coming anglers read these facts then make their minds up on rather the want to pursue this career or not. That is how a forum works While sponsorship is a definite advantage they do not pay house notes, car notes, car insurance, hospitalization, child care, electric bills, and clothes ect ect ect.

  20. First off I fish a willow leaf 99.5% of the time Second on every cast as soon as the spinner bait touches down I let it helicopter to the bottom. Third I lift it off the bottom and start my retrieve Fourth I run it into any thing in the water Fifth when I run it into any thing I kill it letting it helicopter, some times not all the way to the bottom.
  21. Simply love deep water structure fishing Voted 15 to 20 but will fish deeper 8-)
  22. I did a search of Illinois Department of Natural Resources and found nothing on the use of 2-stroke outboards. If I were you I would place a phone call to DNR and personally talk to someone thus eliminating any doubt.
  23. I've put jack plates on outboards from 25-50 HP with up with great success, better hole shot, top end, and above all you can run shallower. They are very popular down south on aluminum boats with small outboards and can be picked up for under $200. They are not hard to build so everyone around here builds their own.
