Favorite Music/ Band
I don't know if I can really say I have a "favorite." I listen to almost every genre of music there is. If you really forced me to listen to one thing though..... Stevie Ray Vaughan or B.B. King would be just fine. Both of them on the same song would be even better.

Favorite Music/ Band
I can honestly say that I did not expect that one.

What baits would you throw with the following LB test?
Spinning: 8lb Yo-Zuri Hybrid for small finesse lures. Spinning: 20lb Power Pro w/ 12lb fluoro leader for drop shots, giggy heads, wacky rigging, flick shakes. Casting: 30lb Power Pro w/12lb-14lb fluoro leader for Texas rigs and jigs. Casting: 40lb Power Pro w/12lb-14lb fluoro leader for plastic swimbaits, spinnerbaits, worms, jigs, topwaters. Casting: 40lb Power Pro for frogs and flipping. If I'm doing neither of those I'll put on a 14lb fluoro leader and use it as a bigger Texas rigged worm or jig rod. Casting: 12lb Fluorocarbon for cranking and jerkbaits.

Why is Hawaiian Punch so delicious!??!
You know, thats probably what it is. I'll have to read the label to see how much sugar is in it. Gotta be a ton.

Why is Hawaiian Punch so delicious!??!
I used to drink this stuff as a kid. Publix had it on sale for 5 bucks for 3 of of the big jugs of it. Bought it for the kids. I know it's probably not all that good for me, but d**n, I forgot how good this stuff was!

Flick It Jighead
The flick shake, flea flicker, etc etc is just another method of wacky rigging. It's normally associated with fishing a little deeper. Weightless wacky rigs fall fairly slowly, this just helps you get down to the depth you want a little quicker. It's one of my favorite ways to fish. There are people on the forums though that will tell you to just use a weightless wacky rig and let it fall. It really depends on the situation you're using it in. Another option if you need a very light weight, is to take your hook and crimp on a small split shot, or clam weight to the shank.

Rofl Man, I'm glad I'm not the only one around here with a beard. Great fish Robert. I still love that rod. I need to search and look for the post with the pictures of it. I need some tackle porn to drool over... http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1264371880/0 That'd be it. I'm not sure if I like the green portion of the rod, but man that thing looks sweet. I'm digging that bent handle.

Awesome cop has a temperment of a saint!
I've seen that one before. It still makes me laugh. The dude in the car was having one seriously rough day. I just love the part at the end where the cop looks at him driving away and says, "Bye."

Shimano Rod Warranty
You might try sending a PM to Bantam1.

Shimano Rods
Yes they are. Cumaras are an IM10 blank, Crucials are an IM9. Cumaras have SiC guides, the Cucials have Alconites. The reel seats are different. Completely exposed blanks for the Cumara. The Cucials have ECS seats. The flippin stick I have has a great tip, and plenty of backbone.

Crazy Crash Caught on Dash Cam
Holy crap. That is one lucky kid. Crazy wreck, that looked like something out of a movie.

Braid leader or not?
Let me clarify this a little more for you Num3erz. Basically, you put a few yards of cheap mono on the empty spool. Then you tie the braid to that mono and wind the braid on. Your other option is to use some arbor tape. Basically all that is is some thin foam tape that you put on the empty spool so the braid has something to bite on. If you don't, the braid will slip on the spool and you'll never hook a fish with it.

Shimano Rods
There isn't one. You'd need to buy the Crucial flippin stick if you wanted one.

River2sea's Dahlberg Clackin' Crayfish & Diver Frog
These have been brought up a bunch of times after ICAST. Cool looking little frog. I'll be buying a couple of them for certain. I'm not entirely sure how effective it will be in some of the uber thick grass we've got down here, but I bet it could do some damage in the sparser areas.

Help Needed with Choosing Reel!
Out of the ones you have listed, the Curado. The only other one on the list I've used was the Revo. Wasn't at all impressed with it.

pflueger summit 10 bearings
If you want something inexpensive, good quality, that will last you for a while. Pick up the BPS Pro Qualifier. New ones in the store retail at 100 bucks. I'm sure you can find them on Ebay cheaper. If not, they're on sale several times a year in the stores for 80 bucks. I beat the snot out of the ones I have, still work just fine.

Perfecta Rod Review: 7' Small Crankbait
I'll be buying another one or two of them when they come out. The ACS seat is really growing on me. If they were available now, I might have bought a few of them instead of my Crucials.

silly peacock...
Gotta love it. It's not that often you catch them on plastic worms. I stuck one on a curly tail that had the curly portion ripped off. Don't know why, but two of them swirled around it the second it hit the water. Great fighters.

pflueger summit 10 bearings
The number of bearings in a reel really doesn't mean anything if they aren't a good quality bearing. I'm not saying that reel doesn't have good bearings, it may or may not.

Census-How many of you use Megastrike Fishing Products-WHY /WHY NOT
I use Megastrike a bunch. Mostly I use it to lube up a bait to make it come through grass easier. I have landed fish on Megastriked plastics that didn't even have the hook in them before. They were just clamped down to the bait.

miami canal
Just watch out for them gators. Nice area out there. Easy to get to also.

Knots for fluorocarbon
I use the Palomar for just about everything. Never had an issue with it and fluoro. Lube it up really good before pulling tight.
