The last thing I want to do is sit in front of the computer after doing it all day at work.

I run bungee cords across the coat hanger thingys and just put the poles on top of those. Keeps them out of the way pretty well. I also tied rubber bands around them to keep them from sliding around on top of the bungee cords. Edit: It works almost identically to that BPS link, only I use shorter bungee cords so the rods are pretty tight to the roof, rather than hanging down.

I thoroughly enjoy both. I am much better at golf than I am fishing, but I also think of fishing as a more relaxing activity. If I don't catch any fish well, they just weren't hungry . Whereas if I shoot a poor score in golf, that is all on me.

When I was young our city sponsored a "Take a kid fishing" event. Kids were matched up with guides/pro's. I can't remember which guide I got, but a girl, the guide and myself went to this little lake and caught 20 bluegills each. It was so a complete blast, we were catching bluegills as soon as our bait hit the water. When we were all done, our guide took all the fish home, and instead of bringing us each bluegills, brought over some fresh walleyes. Great times.

At our store they were even cheaper. I think I got mine for around $6. We also had LVR's for about $5

I have never been much of a milk drinker, unless it is chocolate.

Was there line attached? I will often give my son lures after I take treble hooks off (usually some cheap clearance ones that he picks out), so maybe a kid lost it?
