  1. probably the best Med Heavy rod you can get. here seems to be good fit. http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_91126_100002000_100000000_100002000_100-2-0 i cannot vouch for this rod, but i have a couple other BPS rods that i love.
  2. Thank god for trailer hooks.. Oh, and I'll guess.. 1st fish- 6lb 12 oz 2nd fish- 5lb 3 oz...? I could be waaaaay off though.
  3. Amazingly breath taking, dude.
  4. that looks like a pretty stout rod. I have never used one, but for $100 bucks, it looks legit. I would go for the 7'11, it has the suggested weight up to 10 oz as opposed to 8. I don't know of any 10 oz swimbaits, but then again, I never throw any. Solid find, sir.
  5. nice fish, dude. and sweet cut off shorts
  6. Went fishing last night on the Potomac off of the shore at Aquia Landing and saw a strange fish. I didn't see its full body, nor did I see it long enough to get a camera out and take pictures. Here is my description; it was burried in the weeds, and BRIGHT orange, i only saw its back and tail portion, but I would estimate the fish being about 2 feet long, at the most. It almost looked like a koi fish, but in the wild? And the potomac's brackish waters? HELP!
  7. I would have asked for some free stuff..
  8. Cheeze its with sour cream- money I go through a bag of tostitos and salsa almost daily. A dallop of sour cream on the salsa= MONEY heres the kicker- I call it the HEART STOPPER Take a baby potato and grate it on a cheese grater to make hashbrown, shredded. Cook them up until golden brown, cook a hotdog on stove top with a tablespoon of butter. place on a bun and enjoy! add jalepenos to taste. another one is to cut up a hotdog into small pieces and add them to mac'n'cheese. add hot sauce.
  9. LargeMouth Bass: The Most Ambitious Fish Out There!
  10. Thats why he stayed. He had offers to be the highest paid coordinator in the league elsewhere, but JJ said he'd be next in line for the head coach.
  11. If you're going to be fishing in heavy weeds, I would go with braid. I just made the swite to braid and I love it! I went with FireLine.
  12. I put it on my smallie rig. Kinda re thinking the 4# decision though.
  13. Ha.. Look at what you brought home last night, say good morning, and pray you hope what you think happened, didn't.
  14. Hey Bob, PM Bronzefly. He's got a Stella for sale now in the flea market. I would buy that one based on sex appeal alone. Price is comparable, ey?
  15. I have a Trion that's LH retrieve.
  16. Second half was decent. Portis needs to step it up a bunch. Agreed, embarrassing win.
  17. Yuengling, here I come.
  18. You never thought braided line would stir up the pot, did ya buddy? Welcome to the forum.
  19. So my wife was at the mall today, called and asked if I needed anything. I said "4 pound test" She came home with spiderwire 4# mono. Is this any good?
  20. Hey Snook, I didn't mean to quote your post, it was supposed to be someone elses. My apologies again.
  21. I fish with the BPS Rick Clunn worm/ drop shot rod. I love it. Granted I've never fished with a Loomis or any other high end rods to compare to, but it serves me well.
  22. a picture is worth a 1000 words!!!ROFLMAO!!! ;D Then please, give me a thousand words on THAT picture.
  23. Good to see another public skins fan. Zorn needs to make it to the playoffs this year or he's got the boot. As far as Campbell; yea, he's got the yards but only 3 passing touchdowns to show for it. Not good enough. But at least he is better than Cutler. And Tin, we should have put the hurt on Detroit.
