  1. Hmmm... that would present an interesting molding challenge as one is freeze molded and the other heat molded. steve didn't mean they will mix those two together literally. like in a bowl. instead of mix i should have said a cross between. There is nothing from stopping scientists from finding a new way to make a bait that has the biodegradable qualities of gulp with consistency of regular plastic now is there .
  2. I hear Eco is the new Tru
  3. Now this is just a guess. I have been trying to figure out why the new brand? and what I have come up with is Havoc will be a mix between PowerBait and Gulp. Every one is going Eco these days, so I think Havoc will have the biodegradable and sent dispersion of Gulp with out drying out. Otherwise I can't think of a reason to come out with a new brand when you have PowerBait already.
  4. Question.... look at the design in the pics... what do you do if your 2nd toe is longer than your big toe? Just askin'.
  5. Some folks need to take an economics class or business class and learn the basics of supply and demand. I'm just saying... and for Mr Sebile, Millions for the name and rights. a big salary to continue making and designing baits and non of the responsibility or head ache of running a business. Sounds pretty dang good to me. I would be curious what Matt or Bobby would have to say about this? get Millions for your company name. still get to design and make new baits and collect a fat check... How about it?
  6. sure it is, it lowers cost, raises production, extends distribution and improves development.
  7. someone else mentioned it as well they are supposed to release some Secret bait at the classic this could be it. if you would be so kind as to take a photo of the bait and post it on line I would like to see it.
  8. Rule #1 If it comes from a renowned company and gets a good review from someone like TT or one of my Pro Friends then I Buy it. Rule #2 If I see the action in a tank or tank video and it looks like it will kill some fish or is unique in some way I Buy it. Then I buy 1 and test it after an intensive trial period if it catches fish and I find confidence in it then i buy ten of each color I like My color selection is usally restricted to these genres hard baits Golden Shiner-ish Shad-ish Bluegill-ish Chartreuse-ish Soft baits Black and blues Purple and blues Green Pumpkins and watermelons or mixes of all of the aboves like big o craw or bama bug or mo craw ect.
  9. Strike King is really the only company I like that doesn't have a dealer here in Korea I can get everything else here and i lost 8 red eye shads this year so I have to stock up and it makes it worth my while to buy in bulk due to the cost of shipping. It cost about the same to send 160 baits as it does to send 1 so I figure why not. I'm also a big hit with the guys in my club when i show up with baits they can't get here it's funny when they will trade me vision 110's for a red eye shad it's great...lol
  10. Pure Fishing Korea hasn't designed any reels yet but the have done a few rods. they are actually working on a KDM version of the Varitas. should be out some time in July if things go well. They do have that carbon handle and they add it to a few od the USDM reels to spice them up like the old skeet reese reel the japanese elite cb and so on they also sell them individually so when i picked up the orra i threw one on to smooth out the reel a bit more. I have had a lot of questions about that handle and where folks can buy them. as of now there isn't any one selling them state side. maybe i should start selling them on ebay.
  11. well I may seem crazy but here are my new reels for the 2011 season I have also been working on a way to fit the most tackle I can in the smallest bag possible because up until just recently I didn't have my own boat in Korea. These are lock and lock boxes for food they are 4 bucks a piece and will hold about 30+ baits. I can fit 10 of them in my BPS bag that normally would only hold 5 3700 Plano boxes and this bag has 4 pockets that hold about 10 bags of soft plastics each so here you go. The Bag The Tackle Tower What is in the bag right now. and a new Life vest belt because we have to wear a flotation device at all times here. and then what is left on the pegs Then, this order is on the way to fill up my pegboard (sorry if you tried to order one of these colors but it was sold out. I think I ate up the inventory) Jerry Rago 7" BV 3D Inline Dark Hitch 2 Jerry Rago 7" BV 3D Inline Light Hitch 2 Strike King KVD HC Crankbait Firetiger 2.5 10 Strike King KVD HC Crankbait Sexy Shad 2.5 10 Strike King KVD HC Crankbait Tennessee Shad 2.5 10 Strike King Series 5 Silent Powder Blue Back Ch 5 Strike King 6XD Silent Citrus Shad 10 Strike King 6XD Silent Powder Blue Back Char 10 Strike King 6XD Silent Sexy Shad 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Gold Sexy Shad 1/2 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Gold Sexy Shad 3/4 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad 18K Tennessee Shad 1/2 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Blood Chrome Black 1/2 1 Strike King Red Eye Shad Blood Chrome Blue 1/2 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Chart Belly Craw 1/2 8 Strike King Red Eye Shad Chart Belly Craw 3/4 4 Strike King Red Eye Shad Chrome Sexy Shad 1/2 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Chrome Sexy Shad 3/4 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Citrus Shad 1/2 7 Strike King Red Eye Shad Sexy Blue Back Herring 10 Strike King Red Eye Shad Sexy Lavender Shad 1/2 10 TW T-Shirt Grey Medium 1 The 2011 rods are next.....lol gotta love your tax return oh I forgot the boat

  13. I caught a deck umbrella once, pulled it out from undera dock while skippin docks
  14. why is it square it's not a round nob? the jdm version is round.
  15. and before you post a but but but I/I'm response.... the correct response regardless if i'm right or wrong is 'you're right sir i still have a lot to learn. thank you.' if that's heard by my old ears then my ears are now open to everything you have to say because I respect you and your humility.
  16. WOW, are you kidding me! I can understand your point about entitlement and I think every one knows how I feel but you start talking about the JROTC Kids and that bugs me a little and here is why. I dont know about them but I was a 4 year letterman in NJROTC in High School, I was also a 3 year officer, and had multiple scholarships I turned down for college to do ROTC because my parents would not agree with that choice. However I know for a fact any thing they had they had to work there A## off to get and put in the time and effort to earn. (just as many young fisherman do) At least at my school you had to I was at school an hour early and did not leave until 2 or 3 hours late for all 4 years in high school to put in the work for NJROTC. SO basically I dont understand and maybe some one can explain why no one thinks that a person under 25 has the ability to work for what they want and be successful. sorry to dig on you son but there is a huge difference between jrotc, rotc and the real deal. take it from a guy who has done both. when i was in jrotc yeah i worked hard practiced drill ever day after school and took crap from kids for having to wear my uniform at school once a week. it was nothing compared to putting it on every day. I still remember the day i got my Airman's coin. covered in mud with broken bones, standing under our flag listing to her song. Thinking to my self i made it through 6 weeks of hell and it was worth it. I don't think there was a dry eye in the whole flight that day and when we went back to the squadron you better believe we let those new rainbow noobs have it. it's not that us old folk hate you kiddies it's that we know what reality is what real work is and no matter how badly you want to think you know what it is you don't. it comes only with age. each new faze and experience in life unlocks new trials and hardships. Just wait till you have a kid and you see your self become your father. You should respect age and even though that co angler was a jerk and totally wrong you should always treat an elder as a superior even if they are stupid rude and don't know what the hehaw they are talking about (there is a lot of that here by the way. my self not to be excluded)
  17. if it's just the kasumi craw i will be a little sad actually it's a new bait in japan and i have used it a bit here in korea last year. it's an ok bait but nothing you gotta have... i'm actually more excited about the new japanese goby swimbait than the craw even though it was designed by imakatsu
  18. fist of all the technique is called a Kaiser Rig. the flick shake worm is a name of a worm from Jackel in japan where the technique has been used for years after it was brought over from Korea. It's not a technique. The creator of the "Original" worm is Jeon Wu Yong and was made by Damiki it is called the Water Crawler and is not sold in the states. How ever can some times be found on ebay
  19. yes the shaky worm from Berkley floats. The hole thing
  20. It didn't happen to look like this did it?
  21. what is it? then you don't work for them do ya? you can tell us right?
  22. ooh a chigger beaver type bait would be cool the beast was kinda a flop if you ask me like the body of the chiggeer toad the claws of the craw and the flaps of the beast would be a kick butt flippin bait
  23. I read on another site that Fish Harder Co. the parent company of Tru-Tungsten, Mihatchii and Picasso is trying to sell off Tru-Tungsten and Mihatchii due to financial problems and that the big 4 are sniffing around to pick them up. I hope Pure fishing gets them cause they don't have a hook, hard baits, or weights under their hat yet and would like to see that happen. send me a PM if you want the link to the article.
