  1. Try the KVD line and lure conditioner like the other guys suggested it really does help a lot.
  2. +1 seafoam is great stuff
  3. Thats the one... I was hoping to keep it intact. I like using trailer hooks. Well I think that can still be done with a couple things and if I can explain this well enough I sometime use trailers and sometimes not so they aren't always on of course. What I use to keep the trailers on is a thickish piece of plastic (well it is Lexan actually I race RC cars so it is usually around). I simply use a paper punch, use it to punch holes in the plastic, Lexan etc. the punches(little dots if ya get what I am describing) are what I use to keep the trialer from comin off. So put in w/e trailer ya like the trailer hook, poke hook through dot past barb and ya should be in buisness. Poke the holes in the dots before ya push them over the hook makes it much easier I use a metal scribe. Hope that wasn't too windy of confusing
  4. if it's the spinnerbait I think it is the trialer hook is kept on by a small clear piece of tubing. I just cut them off and removed the trailer hook.
  5. Not to HIjack or anything but have ya used that Savy yet for the spinnerbaits Broke? I am lookin to pick up some new sticks and am debating on a champ or savy for spinner baits

  16. Great stuff since I have plenty of loc tite etc for workin on my RC cars.
  17. Ugg I have already took the hook hangers off. Does takin them off casue probs with the lil screws comin loose? I agree on the stock hooks and actually by goin up 1 size from a 6 (stock) to the 4s it matched the original shank legnth.
  18. I have some old Jitter bugs and was going to put some new hooks on them. The original hooks seem to be a long shank #6. I was thinking or using #4 owner stingers. Think this will be alright or stick with the same type of hook that came on them originally?
  19. Good thread. I have had good luck drop shotting 4inch finess worms on one of the lakes I go to that get a whole lot of pressure. I like the down sized C rig idea to I want to try that this year sounds killer
  20. welcome aboard!
  21. I like the Owner mosquito hook for both wacky rigs and also drop shotting. T rigs I just use the regular ol offset worm hooks.
