  1. Ye I will try to post a pic soon as can Thanks Nitro. But from what I seen it looks natural not having a tip but that's the first for me. If a tip was there they must of sand it down to where nowhere notices. I even check my other boat L77v I think and they even have the tip for the spark area. I can't find any info on L76v coming without those tips either. It would be nice if that is the problem though cheap and simple. Sorry dhami013 for hijacking your thread.
  2. I'll do that been meaning too. I thought maybe someone file it down.
  3. That I did not.I don't have a compression test. I was just hoping to go off that it was rebuilt and being my brother's uncle that it would be a small problem but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Have anyone ever seen a sparkplug without a tip?? The spark plus doesn't have tips and the only pics I looked up all have them. They still spark just never seen these before, maybe wrong kind of spark??. L76v is the model number. First time I ever seen one. Here is a pic of the Champion L76v model. Even his is Champion but no tips. http://www.amazon.com/Champion-827M-L76V-Marine-Spark/dp/B0000AXRQD
  4. I have one that I use for frogging. 7'6 H. But my problem isn't the breaking issue as much as comfort now. Mine kills my hand with that short grip. I know someone posted about how to add this tape to fix it without changing much balance if change any but I'll have to look up again and try that.

I do the same with my weights at home as well. It's hard to believe the weight plates are like that. My buddy I lift with doesn't like using two different brands of plates due to difference if is any but would'nt he like to know the same brand of plates has that much difference between them as well.
  6. My brother the motor has been completely rebuilt just not sure if carb was. It's has motor so I prob will give back to him. I found some dude around my way the has a motor for sale that I'm going to check out if still have Wednesday. He says he uses it on his jonboat.
  7. If you don't mind drilling in your boat, I would bolt mount them. They don't seem to hold a large cup of coffee and not only that they slide all over the place. You can try some Velcro before trying a small bolt just to if will work or help.
  8. Nice pic! Don't bother with Chesdin then. It's the same there as well. It was impossible to try and fish the channel the day I went. And worst of all we had the nerves to try and go out with just electric. My 40lb transom and my 45lb bow mount. I try to get my brother gas power going but no luck. Still can't figure out whats wrong with it. It has fire, I check that and even try puting gas in the carb but no luck. It won't even try to turn over. It's an Evinrude 6hp that starts by a pull rope.
  9. Also don't be afraid to toss out a wacky worm on the outside of the lilies. The ponds I fish are mainly lilies with a few sunken trees on the edges of the ponds. I had no luck on any topwater frogs or poppers but the plum apple senko was the trick. I tossed it right in front of the lilies edge and was landing bass. I caught ten on that day with a 4.9 and a 3 pounder. The pond I
  10. Same here as well. No problem with either one of my Supreme and President XT.

Mine the hook but I go through gill. I though being one the cheaper grippers with a 15lb scale for dealing with those bowfins. Mine gets mad when trying to the scale's hook in the gill, lol. I had one jump off and went for my leg.
  12. I might just have to make it a fishing trip for just one of these. I need to get my bigger boat back on water. So I can fish the Potomac river. I know my brother whats to go and hit up the Occoquan. If I remember correctly you can catch them at Aquia landing or at Fairview beach? But aren't both of those on Potomac and if so do you still have to register with Maryland? Also both spot are freshwater right or did they change that too?

I just use the Berkley. Had it for over 2 years and still reads the same. Match it with my brother scale and Kaotic1 BPS Scale at the spring greet and meet we had. I think mine and his both read the same for s13john's fish.
  14. Nice Fish!! Hmm I might have to raid KG now, lol.
  15. He might of might like ruler scale? Since he said probably between 20" to 24".
  16. Size might be to big or Glen mentions also to delete you cookies. The link is at bottom of the page
  17. I bet! your underneath me. I live in Bowling green probably 20 mins from you depending on where at in KG.

Strike king worms, Z-man worms, Big bite baits Squirrel tails. Usually the same color I fish for plastics like watermelon, watermelon red, green pumpkin, june bug, talipia. I also use Strike kings jig head or Bagleys.
  19. My Walmart 29 series battery does well for me. I own two of them. I use them on my 45lb Minn kota edge and have no problem on 1 for the day. about 8 hours out and half the time I'll use the same battery before charging on some of these ponds around my house for about 5 hours fishing on the day.
  20. I think they saied it was 10 hp but I might be wrong. My brother motor would be great if can get running but I'm not sure how strong 6 hp is for my 14 footer. I would think it would be better than running two trolling motors. Chesdin killed my batteries yesterday with out the roughness out there. I usually can get two to three days off one of my batts depending on condition of water.
  21. Depending on how far but I might be able to make it from Caroline county. I also might have a empty seat if my brother don't come. I just don't have a gas motor for some of the hp restricted ones or lake Anna. I'm trying to get my brother 6 up and running. It wont firest when I pull the cord?? Might try replacing the spark plugs and see if its that. My brother said it's been rebuilt and was running when was givin to him by his uncle. But far as lake Anna goes it might be a waist like Chesdin was for us. You couldn't even sit and fish the channel without boat flying by and rocking you to depth. There was no real calm times yesterday unless you went into one of the small coves that someone wasn't swimming in.
  22. Don't you hate that? Not only was beating out by your friend but on your own boat was it not? lol. It happens but at least you brought a dink in. Me and my brother went to Chesdin and got not even a bite. By the way you make for a good camera man, lol! I always tell my brother when I'm out fishing him. But anyways jokes aside great pics!
  23. did you at least make out there?
  24. I would go to Briery but those both Briery and Sandy is either 2 or 2 1/2 hours away. I think we decided to put in near Whipponock. I think the ramp cost $7. Yea I'm not feeling the Skiers and the rest but it is what it is. Hopefully we will still have a good and productive day.
  25. Way to go again ICU! The first pic I think it was more than 1.5 It just looks long. WTG How many Beezy catch? How that depth finder working for you now?
