Plan Of Attack For This Drop Off?
What would I do you ask? I would catch fish of coarse, I think that its best if you did the same. I would sit my boat in front of the drop off (about 30-50 feet), make long cast w/ a jig & retrieve it slowly. But for anyone to make a clear judgement on what they would do, or what would work best ..I think that they would have to be there to determine the conditions in person.

If You had to Keep A Bass to Eat
I think that your going to be all clear. You don't see any 3 eyed frogs swimming around any where do you? That might not be a good sign.

That sucks buddy. Sorry to here about your car. I had someone try to break into my Mustang a few years back. Caught the @#^$% red handed. A close friend to me had the same thing happen outside of his apartment, except the guy that was breaking into his car wasn't very lucky, he ended up saying hello to my friends, friend....El Mister Pipe Wrench-o.

Wow. There's a bunch of English spelling "rocket doctors," to this post. The funny thing about some of these posts is there's a SPELLING CHECK to the top right of the message board. Good lucks to you in catching the "BIG KAHUNA."

What is the "BIG KAHUNA"?
I am going to have to admit that my phrase, the "BIG KAHUNA," that in which I tend to write under most of my posts, well..... its pretty exciting to see that its getting so much attention. This post all started for simple questions about who, why, what, when, & how. Like I have said many of times before, here the phrase goes, "Big Kahuna," the big one, head poncho, the boss. When I say it, I say it as catch the biggest one out there. Either my phrase will catch on to the rest of you, or this topic has gone way to far. I think that some how it deserves its own smilie now.

illegal? id say so
I just dont now about that. I think that it is illegal to transport fish anywhere nation wide. (Except of coarse you are the government or that particular state). I could be wrong. That would be something worth looking up to be sure on before you do it.

Can anybody help a newbie?
I think that your going to find everything thing you need to know if you read through all the forum posts on here. Being new to bass fishing a word of advice I can give to you is keep it slow, learn the area that your fishing (study your surroundings), & dont get discouraged if your not catching anything. Bass are fish that takes a science to get the hang of, for everything plays factor in landing them. Reading through these forums, well should give you alot of information you can take to find a place to start. THE BEST ADVICE I can give you is to take your time in reading, soak the information up & ask questions about everything. There is just so much to know & learn. When you think that you know it all, you'll find theres more to learn.

Tried Bow Fishing For The First Time
Nice catch. I have personally never tried bow fishing but I have heard some stories about it, wifeys grandfather used to do it for carp all the time. How that carp taste? I have never eaten them before. To boney for me. A friend of mine & I always go fishing for them to have fun & then release. Pound for pound they give one of the best fights on lite tackle. We have a place where it 85% catch rate when you go there, their all 8LBS & up. I seen some 20-25Lbs come out of there to.

Re: Missing My Father
I wish that one day when I am older, even though he is still here, that I am half the man that my father didnt have to be.

illegal? id say so
:o Here in California you would be arrested for that. It states clearly in or Fish & Game Law book that it is strictly forbidden to take any fish from one water & place them into another.

95 degrees no wind no clouds and I thoughtI was gonna die
95 Degree's? Thats all? I thought that it might get hotter then that in Florida. Over here in Sacramento, California its already been 104-105 Degree's for the past week, & thats a cool summer here. Last year we hit 110 Degree's for about 2 weeks straight before it went back down to the low 100's. (102-104) It was horrible, @ the same time (110 degree's) we had 4 major wild fires throughout the state, which smoked up the sky cause of the winds coming through the valley. But at that I shouldn't be complaining about the heat, I hear them people in Arizona have it way worse. 117 Degree's, I would be taking ice baths. My brother (Navy) & wifeys brother (National Guard) came back from Iraq not to lang ago, both around the same time. They were telling me stories about the summer's there. Said the hottest day there was 156 Degree's, & that they called days like that "Black Flag Days," where it was mandatory not to go outside. I guess none of us can complain, what they had to go through over there is way more extreme then anything we'll ever get here.

What is the "BIG KAHUNA"?
What is it? : It is slang for "the big one," like the monster fish. Do I really want to catch it? : Oh YES! What type of bait should I use? : I think that whatever your using now is fine. Fishing lures would be my guess. Just how BIG is this thing? : I guess it would be the biggest fish that you have caught to date. How do you cook it? : I am thinking that you use heat. Does it taste like chicken? : Everything taste like chicken now days. ;D I have so many questions. : I may no be able to answer them all.
