Should I get the new 2010 revo stx or the skeet reese revo? Anyone use these reels? Will use the reel for heavy cover and striper fishing at the delta.

I have a 200e7 curado with two pins on and four off. The spool is falling down fast but i dont get birdnest that much. Using a 6'8 mh cumara.

there are heavy weeds growing on the bottom. I fish in the california delta and fish from the shore.

I forgot to add that i fishing heavy cover.

shimano cumara with curado 200e7 and a compre with curado 200e7.

I guess I will try tommorrow. The thing with the side arm throw is that i dont get distance like the overhan cast. Does the line matter or its just me? Using 30pp.

Do you guys know what is the break strenght of the 2 lb line test? Will be using it for trout fishing. The website don't show the 2 lb rating. thanks

is this a good rod to handle 1/2 rattle traps, top water spook 1/2 to 1 oz and swinbait 1 oz(floating version). to i need a x-fast or a fast will be good enough. thanks

i have problems with that reel using braid line. i would go buy the revo s or the citica e. go buy it at fishermanswarehouse.com for the revo s $99 with free shipping.
