Making A Bass Spinner
What sort of spinners are you looking to make? Spinnerbaits, inline spinners, or....? There are quite a few guys here that can help you out, depending on what you are trying to make.

Bat & Fly From Megabass?
It is a little stiff for a soft plastic, but then again, it is a Megabass, and it is imported from Japan, and I'm willing to bet TW doesn't get the same wholesale price as their JDM counterparts. Plus, look at the price of a lot of the popular hollowbelly swimbaits out there. Many exceed that price per bait, but because they are Hollowbellys, and the originals, along with many of the similar products, command a high price, it seems normal to pay that much for them. Even the Berkley Havoc Sick Fish 4" model, a "budget" model, costs as much per bait as these Megabass plastics.

Anyone Try Reburbishing Inline Spinners?
If he has them just laying around, it sounds like a great thing to do in the off season. I too would just snip off the hooks with a wire cutter and add a new hook via split ring. You can polish the blades with toothpaste, or any polishing compound, and a bristle brush and a little toothpaste should clean the body well. You could even add a new feather skirt by attaching a feathered treble, or, if you are so inclined, tying it directly to the main wire. It should be a relatively simple process. And Roostertails don't last....? Don't tell mine that

Bat & Fly From Megabass?
They cost more because 1. They're Megabass, and they produce a very high quality bait. This means they come with a higher price tag than say, Zoom. 2. They're a Japanese Domestic Market bait, and the cost of importing them and still maintaining a decent profit margin is higher than other baits.

Can You Remember The First Time (Bass Fishing)
The first legal bass I ever caught was while fishing for crappie. A couple of the other guys in the boat had landed bass, and it was killing me. I was young at the time (7-8) and wanted like everything to catch a bass and to be one of the "Big Dogs". Then a 12" largemouth comes along and takes my little minnow, and I basically propelled it into the boat with one swing of that old Abu Garcia spinning rod. (Yeah, the ones from way back, with the steel stripper guides that you could put a softball through). It was the first legal fish we'd caught all day, and I was so proud... Now, if I don't get five in a day I'm disappointed.... Things sure do change.

Worm Rod Specs..all Purpose, Best I Can Do This Season
I'd rather have a baitcaster in my hands any day of the week for big worms and jigs.

Worm Rod Specs..all Purpose, Best I Can Do This Season
The 7' M or the 7' MH will both serve admirably, although I personally would go MH. A weightless 5" senko hits 3/8 oz by itself, and you can throw lighter than that on a MH with a good thumb. Plus, if you are planning on throwing jigs and 10"-12" worms, you'll want that backbone.

Favorite Jerkbait For Smallies
I have had quite a few different jerkbaits work for me, from Rapala Husky Jerks to Lucky Craft Pointers, and quite a few in between. I prefer the Lucky Craft Pointer SP, size depending on the water. They cast extremely well, have a great action, suspend nicely, have very good terminal tackle, are well constructed, and the array of colors is second to none.

Drag That "clicks" On Bait Caster
No problem! I found it quite interesting myself. Just wish more reels came with it. It's a pretty rare feature all things considered.

Drag That "clicks" On Bait Caster
On the contrary, the Z2020, as I stated above, does have a clicking drag.

Daiwa Lexa 100 Input Needed
Exactly. Granted, I have not fished it, but I was impressed enough to be certain there is no $100 reel out there that can touch it. Unless the reel implodes after it's third week on the water, and from viewing the internals, it won't, it's going to take a very, very nice reel to top it.

What Did You Buy Today!?
Shimano Cardiff 100A. For the price I got it for, I couldn't pass it up. I'll probably just stick it on an extra rod and keep a squarebill tied on, but it was a fun way to keep the tackle monkey at bay. It looks like it's getting Boca's and Carbontex, and possibly some other mods, so we'll see how she does

Fish Becoming Conditioned
There is so much truth in this statement. Fish absolutely can be conditioned to lures. Not all types, however, have as many stimuli that result in conditioning. While a Rat-L-Trap or spinnerbait produce multiple strong stimuli, (i.e. Vibration, rattles, rhythmic flash, etc.) a lure such as the Senko has quite a bit less in the way of strong stimuli. They are soft, fall slowly and erratically, and are over all a very subtle lure, henceforth making them harder for fish to "pattern". This can explain why bass seem to respond to finesse baits better under heavy pressure. Most finesse baits are small, subtle soft plastic baits that are fished either very slowly, or very erratically, and produce the same set of stimuli that the Senko does. It can also explain the success rates that can be found by fishing lures in a manner different to the conventional or standard.

Braided Line Technique?
I personally use it almost exclusively for Frogging. My needs elsewhere are suitably met by mono-filament lines.

Wow Lews Bb1
Not necessarily, just different. If you notice, the number of brake pins in comparison to the recommended weight would seem to indicate that the system exerts less force per pin than, say a Revo.

Drag That "clicks" On Bait Caster
I believe there are a few Enthusiast level reels that have this feature, but it comes at a price... The only one I can list off the top of my head is the Daiwa Z2020, which MSRP's at right around $700 US, and is geared at larger baits.
