  7. I called the Bald Eagle State park and they informed me that they are flooded 6ft over normal summer levels!! hopefully by this weekend it will be back down to normal and I will be taking my Procraft out to blow some cobwebs off and hopefully catch a couple female smallies!!

  14. Vinny.. i can't wait to try my crankbait out. it is a chartruese perch pattern... I have lots of luck in late march on the same color crankbaits.. hopefully the jerkbait works too!
  15. Powell Max 703c rod with a Revo S reel.. 6.4:1 gear ratio.. can't beat it at a medium price.. rod (139$) reel can be found for arouns (100)

  17. I just wanted to say that I absolutely love these glasses. I got a pair of Costas last year that just didnt fit my face right.. So I tried out the NOCS this year.. I tell you what, these things are amazing! They are as clear as can be, are very good staring into the water, and they look good as well... Anyone else try these out yet? For 39.99 you cant beat them! John Crews is the only Elite angler sponsored by them I believe..
  18. Anybody use these? I really love my Matzuo popper.. it is my number one river bait. smallies love it.. the new style poppers arent as good.. never tried their crankbaits or jerkbaits but today at Dicks they were on sale for 2 for 4$... so i bought a couple to try.. the jerkbaits dont look too shabby and they are suspending.. anyone use these?

  20. my wal mart stinks too... They always have stuff priced with the red tag but it is just the normal price with the red sticker.. ugh!
  21. Run a chartruese shallow crank bait.. I really like the wiggle warts this time of year.. also, from now until July I usually catch my share of fish dragging a 4in Junebug senko..
