  1. I understand the selling like hotcakes thing, I just haven't come across the stores(or sites) ever getting restocked. I have a RC 1.5 in that color, but I'm down to one. I try not to buy them except when I can catch them on sale. Last time at BPS I couldn't find that color in any of the square bills. Had lots of gold sexy shad red-eyes though.
  2. Has anyone found a store with the KVD square bills that has the chart./blk color? Why is S.K. so far behind on that getting that bait stocked? I like that color combo (not cause of KVD's win).
  3. I have a 735c, and I only plan on getting rid of it If I upgrade to a extreme. Nice rod.
  4. What was the map chip that loads the boat lanes on your gps? Where can ya find it, also is their more than one brand, and with the water being low is the chip still safe to go by?
  5. any updates on Fork? Be there next week.
  6. I finally got logged in under e-mail and password. But I cannot log in under user name with password. I did the forgot password deal 2-3 times each part. Is anyone else having that issue, or know how I can fix this?
  7. I'm about 3 weeks out, looking forward to it. A little uneasy about the lower water, and the "new" stumps in boat lanes.
  8. They are a good rod for the money. I think they are more sensitive than my mojo, and lighter.
  9. Going down this coming weekend, wondering how the fishings been? Anyone got a report for the last few days?
  10. I bought one at the classic last year. Broke my cumara a couple weeks ago. Nashville BPS would not help without a receipt from them. Local store in dover tn, swaped out for me. Shimano told me it's a over the counter warranty, but it is up to each dealer to honor it(bought from them or not). Could send back to them(shimano) they'd take care of it. Thanks, to U.S. Bass in dover for helping me out.
  11. What do most guys use for skipping baits? Action, length, spinning, or baitcaster.
  12. You'll be happy with Lake Fork. Really nice work.
  13. Better get these, too. They help with your accuracy: I am thinking of getting the shoes. Gotta try some on though. I have to find a shoe thats comfortable for all day standing and walking, not just fishing.
  14. BPS Pro-Qualifier, nuff said. ON sale now, buy 2.
  15. Got my Flier today, not impressed. A couple things that are fair (for a deal) mostly disappointed though, only 2 pros giving ho-hum seminars. :'(
  16. Gotta root for Klein, he's due. 57.45lbs.
  17. 1.If using braid for Carolina rigging, it can be quite a jolt on the hookset. What knot do most prefer for fluro? 2.Also what's the preferred knot for joining braid to fluro?
  18. What's the gps cords. for his ky lake win.... ;D
  19. Hey CJ, I have never fished the KY (lic.) part of the lake. I fish mostly between the 79 and 68 bridge, going to try my luck down south some more this year though. My question is, do you think the north (KY) is better than the mid section? Wondering if I should get a annual non-res. lic.
  20. PQ. If drag is a big factor to ya, upgrade the PQ with a carbon tex drag (costs $10.00) catch the PQ on sale, and still is less than a revo-s. I have not had a revo-s, but have had a couple sx's. I prefer my PQ. The dual braking is great. I'm not saying the revo-s or sx is inferior, they may hold up longer than the PQ, but mine are going on season 3 and are fine. I think the PQ casts better all around, and is as smooth to me.
  21. I use a lefty for pitch/flip. also for topwater and jerkbaits.
  22. most likely sending my stuff there, but they haven't answered my e-mail. Uhhh, I would get it back. Do some homework on that guy, and get it to DVT Mike (our sponsor). Seriously. X2!!!!! He's banned from this site including about 4-5 other sites. He's nothing but BAD NEWS! Ya'll aint refering to reel mech. are ya? Haven't heard of reel medic before.
  23. I'm only guessing with this figure, but I'd say tungsten is about 30-40% more sensitive. Regardless of number, it is definitely more sensitive than lead. Even on mud bottoms, it will help you feel something when you run across it. It does seem a little ruffer on line with or without inserts, but is definitely a advantage in feeling bottom.
