  1. In the higher HP motors ive always been told to run at least 89 octain
  2. I think that would be smart, start small. let us know hot it runs
  3. yes you can, read directions carefully, website has the best directions
  4. I wish I knew the sceintific part of the process but that is how the they explained it to me. To me if you have a completely emty tank then yes you should be able to add the seafoam first but I dont think that will happen very often. I will try to get the PDF sheet from the Sales Rep the next time see him.
  5. also check battery connections, on the injection motors loose connections will cause low power
  6. HAHA well I only use seafoam from time to time but Stabill ethenol traetment every tank
  7. I cant remember the exact amount per gallon off the top of my head but you can go overboard and it wont hurt. I think one can does 15 gallons
  8. very good stuff been around for a long time but i would rather stick with seafoam and stabilll for my gas
  9. add some seafoam to the gas, if that doesnt help it might be time for a tune up. Have you checked the fuel filter?
  10. When you add Seafoam it instantly activates to the amount of fuel that it comes into contact with, for example if added to 5 gallons of gas it will effect the 5 gallons only, so when you add too the five gallons that gas is not effected, but when you add it to a full tank of say 20 gallons it will effect the whole 20 gallons
  11. also if your new to using it add seafoam to a full tank dont put seafoam in and then the fuel, it is an instant activator.
  12. I wouldn't make a "cocktail" with all that, Seafoam is a cleaner designd for use as needed and a preventative. I sell seafoam on a daily basis and I know the sales rep very well. Seafoam is differnent than say Stabill Ethenol treatment, stabill is designed to neutralize ethenol in you gas to keep it from detererating hoses and lines on your motor and in your boat. Seafoam will boost octain and well as clean and lubricate, at most every other tank. Mixing all those additives will only hurt your boat then help it. Trust me I LOVE Seafoam and im a big believer in it but dont abuse it.
  13. im wndering the same thing about kissimmee, im looking to go in a few weeks
  14. you cant beat the kissimmee/toho area
  15. Well my Boat has been down since March and I dropped it off today get fixed. I feel like a 5 year old a week before christmas ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
  16. i havent fished that one but i have fished the lakes near by at calusa trace apartments next door and the fishing ha always been good, lots of pike though
  17. Yeah Matt im surprised i beat you to the punch.
  18. Lake Tarpon is a great lake to fish as a matter of fact is is ranked in the top 10 in Florida so I would go as far as to say that it isnt much of a lake.
  19. I work for NAPA and Deka is a very good battery compared to others, we dropped Exide for Deka and we have very few defects any more and very fair priced.
  20. Yes they should fit, I personally love my Optima batteries plus a 36 month free replacement....you cant beat that with a stick. but unfortinately they run about 200 i think if you can affored it they are worth it.
  21. First off be VERY careful out there STAY IN THE CHANNEL or you will refgret it. I like slow rolling a spinnerbait around isolated wood but that is hard to find and you will see why but there is not much advice but hold on when you do catch one, there are some monsters in there.
  22. Well I went to Lake Tarpon on Sunday, and first cast with a rod that I let a buddy use a week before has a knot in it and my ratt-l-trap breaks off, then my boat starts acting up, so the first couple of hours consist of little fishing >, then around lunch time im headed to pick my wife up for her first time on the boat in a year, she is 7 months pregnant and it was the first time the weather has been good enough to take her out and what do you know.....I blow my motor :'(. On the bright side my father in law caught his first bass in 2 years
  23. I will be out Sunday at Lake Tarpon and it could get into the 70's HOLY CRAP!!!!! THATS HOT! ;D Idk what im going to do without my lucky jacket, bass on beds!! d**n I just figured out how to catch the frozen water fish and now i have to change............time to put the dynamite back in the garage and pull the rod out again 8-)
