It's not cheating, its actually a dis-advantage the AK with the 7.62/39 shell may be illegal in some states but the .223 cal is not and an M16 you cant get without the proper license(full auto) it would be an AR15 (semi auto) but you lack major long range accuracy because the barrel is so short and the .223 lack knockdown power. I say stick with the 30/O-6 or 30/30.

also with all the different brands out there like Spro and Strike King red eye shad, I like to stick with a trusty 1/2 ounce Rattletrap

I'm in Lakeland. I've tried ripping them over, through and around hydrilla! Honestly, I've tried all the techniques the pros use on TV. I've even tried techniques the local pros use and have good results with. It's like a curse!! What would you suggest as the best lure in the best color that's IDIOT proof for my location?? I can make any other lure or technique work........at least to the point where I'm happy with the results. Lipless baits are by far the weak link in my arsenal. I was a non-boter for most of my tournaments and I always offer 20 bucks only 2 times was it taken, but now that I have my own I realize how much it cost to go as a boter. If im fishing on kissimmee and go friday to prefish then fish saturday, unless I found a spot real close odds are your going to run a ways, and my boat likes to suck gas and it hurts. I appreciate it when a non-boter gives me 20 bucks but I dont ask. I dont make alot of money and niether does my wife but I love fishing tournaments but I cant hardly affored to do it anymore.

All in opinion I wont go smaller than 20 but 18'8 is a very good size boat for a beginner. Test both sizes and go with your comfort level. I like the extra room on the deck for rods and walking,18' is a little too small on the deck for me.

Would he ever think about coming to Florida or any other state and fish random lakes with random people? I think that would be a great tv show, just show up to Johns Lake or Lake Tarpon and take someone fishing. That would be a memory of a lifetime.

My buddy has a 1999 R91 Intracoastal 200hp Merc, nice boat just make sure you clean it everywhere. There is not alot of cons other than the fact it is heavier than a regular bass boat but other wise if you have any specific question feel free to ask

You can do that if you can find people to do that. I like doing that with some buddies but it is hard to get the people together, you might be able to get people togeter on craigslist but otherwise it is kind of hard, but message me if you go and do that at tarpon because if im not busy maybe we can have a huge 2 boat tourney lol
