  3. DSG had Buy3Get3 on Rapala right now
  4. They do not
  5. They were $5.50 at my local HD, but i still grabbed a couple
  6. The monkey always wins
  7. Swung by my local Ollie's this evening, found a few Glass Shad Rap 5s and 7s, a pack of Yamatanukis, and a Berkley Money Badger for $5/ea.
  8. Perhaps the fish only like the expensive ones?
  9. Good morning BR, Ive been thinking about trying some fuzzy dice or fuzzy ball style baits this coming year. The steep price tag per pack, combined with my impatience and fishing mediocrity, has me looking for cheaper options. Has anyone taken a used bait like a rage craw, and cut a piece off and threaded some skirt material through it? Ive got a threader and some skirts laying around, and a million plastics already.
  10. I got a similar pair from japanlureshop, I think they're Valley Hill brand. Haven't used them much, but they work fine
  11. Get my boat all tuned and set up before ice out Fish more often Get better at fishing bigger water
  12. Hello BR, I recently got a real boarlt. It works well enough, except the trolling motor will turn on its own when I take my foot off the pedal. Its a 70lb thrust 24v Minnkota Maxxum. A bit of googling did nothing to alleviate my confusion. Do any of you fine folks know if there's something I can adjust? Or fix?
  13. https://japanlureshop.com/catalog/product/view/_ignore_category/1/id/8514/s/valley-hill-quick-ring-plier-pink/ Think that might work?
  14. Mostly a rage craw or googan craw on a weighted hook. Works well here in NH, and worked pretty well on my trip to Maine last summer.
  15. Zoom and Strike King are buy 3 get 3 at Dicks
  16. I got a free reel for signing up. Love the free shipping, even for 3 packs of plastics like I did the other day.
  17. Couple utility boxes with my terminal tacke and as many packs of plastics as I can cram in my pockets
  18. Probably a square bill, lipless crank, bladed jig, soft jerkbait, tokyo/jika rigged craw
  19. That might be just the ticket. I've got a whole lot of snaps, swivels, o-rings, nail weights, and other tiny things that just love to travel in the box. I've been fiddling around with a hot glue gun, and if I can't make that work, this will be my next purchase. Thanks to all who've replied so far.
  20. I've tried several options that haven't worked out the greatest. I still ended up with swivels and rattles and nail weights all over the place. What 3700 size box has worked best for you? I'd rather not go the route of gluing some shelf liner to the inside of the lid, but if that's what I've gotta do, I will.
  21. I looked, and they both say to keep in original packaging
  22. I made it out with only about 90 bucks worth of chatterbaits, red eye shads, and rage craws
  23. I have a pack of the slinkos and the floating neds, and at least one of them says not to mix with other plastics. I can confirm when I get home from work
  24. Not a sale, but froutdoors.com has some good prices on baits and lures. I've stocked up on a lot of good stuff the last few weeks.
  25. Got mine today, gonna have the wife and kids flip through it to browse for birthday presents for me, so they can have a little adventure out to Bass Pro this weekend or something.
