  1. We have enjoyed having your input, and viewing those lunkers you posted this year!
  2. Done.
  3. Yeah I mean I would be super laid back to if I got to fish everyday
  4. Today I had the pleasure of working the Day 1 weigh-in of the Northern Open at Osborne Landing. It was surprisingly hard work running all the bass from the stage to the Catch and Release boats. Did have the pleasure of meeting a few really cool guys including Ike, and Boyd Duckett to name a few. Thanks Sam for getting me the gig.
  5. Friday same place Saturday is at the BPS.
  6. If I want to target smallies below the mouth of peak creek is the most promising correct?
  7. The first weigh-in is at Osborne Landing on the James at 3 on Thursday. I'd say at least 75% of the field will be making the run to the chic. first thing in the morning. Sam and I hit the Chic. today saw multiple pros and even swapped words with Boyd Duckett. Today was slow for most of the anglers as far as we could tell. 15lbs would be PHENOMENAL! I'd love to see a local stick weigh in a giant.

I know Hayden (Fat-G) wants the Loomis fish on his arm, or so he says....
  9. In no way was I trying to be confrontational I was just letting you know so you didn't have any problems with the game warden ect. If the fish was 25in I stand corrected . And I fish wherever I can one day that might be a pond next day that might be the river for smallies next it might be the Chic. I'm just fishing to have fun and weather I fish in a puddle or the ocean I'm doing something I truly enjoy to do.
  10. That was a truly awesome post! Our family German Shepard is on her last leg, and I know seeing her go is going to be real tuff. :/ I'm sorry to hear about your loss, and my deepest condolences go out to you. My mouse on my macbook was on the -1 button and when I went to scroll down I accidentally clicked -1, Mods if you could please fix that I would greatly appreciate it!
  11. Cumara 7'2 Medium Extra Fast. CUC-X72. I have one and paired with a 50e, and it is the ultimate finesse jig rod!
  12. That fish was in the slot at briery. I think the slot is 14-24in. and only 1 over 24in. So it would be illegal to weigh that fish in a tourney. Not trying to be a downer, just trying to keep you from getting into trouble on tournament day. Regardless awesome fish and congrats on the new PB!
  13. Thanks 5bass! Yeah I noticed last year the most weighted weighed in at Claytor for all of Radford's club team tournaments was 8.1
  14. Someone caught a 14.6 in Claytor which amazes me!
  15. Thanks Sam!
  16. Iv'e been looking at it on Google maps for quite sometime now, I have seen quite a few spots that look promising specifically one right near the Claytor Dam. I will be fishing this lake ALOT! when I get to Radford, and would appreciate any tips on the lake. Thanks in advanced!
  17. You know Briery so well it is almost scary
  18. Good deal bud! Glad you like her! I didn't really think that the 50e would really fit your style of fishing but I'm glad your happy with it. I have mine on that CU72MXF and its a good fit
  19. Chris I want to see that 2 pound Gill. I think big Gills are downright gorgeous!
  20. Yep Abrazx is the stuff if your going to go flouro. CXX is incredibly tough stuff though.
  21. I spool up alot of reels everyday with braid at work, and if they are only bass fishing 70 yards of braid is plenty.
  22. I gotta ask how was the Moccasin?
  23. Hey KVD fishes Quantum lol......
