I'm not really out searching for sponsors currently. But at 17 I was lucky enough to land a job at the local tackle shop in VA. I'm just out fishing and having fun. If a sponsor opportunity comes about that would be outstanding if not I'm gonna continue to support the fishing industry and continue to do what I love to do and that's fish. I truly don't understand why time after time young kids think being sponsored is so crucial. Just have fun and keep becoming a better fisherman and see where it takes you. Sorry for the rant.

We were in Texas this week visiting family i told my mom we couldnt get these lures in Virginia.

I've only used the BPS kermy for a brief outing but it seemed to work fine. Was fairly easy to walk hooks seemed fine to me and body felt very good. Did have to squeeze water out on occasion but overall for the price seemed like a decent hollow body frog.

I really didnt like my expirence with spiderwire braided line. The line feels like it has almost has been coated in wax, and isnt round at all! Power Pro!

Paul Elias, Just seems like a true stand up kinda guy and would love to take notes on his deep cranking as well.

Improved clinch on flouro seems to work the best for me. I lost a big fish on flouro with the Palomar so switched to the improved clinch with no troubles.

I just wish we had academy in Va rage products were on sale for 2.88$ and those cranks are all under 4$ and look amazing. Needless to say i had to ship a box back to va insured for 200 dollars.... :-?

spot removers reasonably priced and seem to work just fine for me.

Id say replace its not that high dollar of a reel and will most likely be more trouble than it's worth.

Nice fish! Those zoom u-tail worms were one of my favorite soft plastics for along time they can flat out catch fish!

I like to rig mine weedless and throw it into the pads or other slop. Let it fall and then jerk back up to the surface. The bass believe it is a bait fish eating bugs off the surface and they will unload on it!

The bomber family of crankbaits are my personal favorites. If i had to narrow it down to just one it would be the flat A.

BTW there is also a youth bass federation nation you could possibly look into.

Yeah just try and find a boater willing to take you out, and really try hard to prove to he/she that you are a good angler and a good person to be around. Be friendly be respectful and it's always nice to offer to pay for some of the gas.

I do not believe there is any age restrictions as far as fishing as co angler goes. Although it may be hard to find a boater willing to take you out on in a tournament at such a young age. Good luck and remember just to relax and have fun!
