I dislocated my left shoulder when I was 19. I never let it heal properly, and continued to play baseball, 2 weeks after the dislocation. I had no issues until I hit my late 30s, then I could start to feel why everyone says to let it heal.

About 6 years ago, I was still into lifting pretty heavily, and I used to load up on tuna, everyday, 2 or 3 cans, at least. I started getting blurry vision and a couple of other symptoms. Turns out I had minor mercury poisoning. I still eat tuna, but only once every week or two.

I had one of the Realis Spinbaits, the one in the video. It is such a small bait, it doesnt fit into what I like to throw. It's literally the size of 2 toothpicks in width.

I am going to disagree with something here. I don't believe there is a 3, when you sit for a 2, a 1 automatically happens, so a 2 would inherently include a 1, hence no 3.
