Maybe he has had trouble getting back into the forum as a lot of other people have had.
  9. I have a summit and love the way it fits my hand and the weight is nice and light. It would be a good choice in my opinion, check them out on ebay before you pay retail tho.

  15. I'm in southern NH and the 2 ponds local to me, Cobbetts and Canobie, still have at least half covered with ice.
  16. When I was a newbie to baitcasting, my thumb bar got stuck on my cheap reel, right after a long cast. As I am trying to fix it, my buddy tells me there is a fish jumping like crazy in the area where I casted it. Now I'm frantic trying to get this thing to be able to engage and reel in, and when I finally do, I realize the fish is attached to my line, I reel it in and it's a nice 3 pound smallie. Still have the reel, a pflueger criterion, but don't use it anymore, maybe I should.
  17. Saw 2 on ebay today, $20 plus 3.50 shipping. I see them every once and a while on ebay, always at least $20.
  18. I'm just about to start a thread in luremaking with my prototype blue finned hookless bass catcher.
  19. That blue one will never catch a fish.
  20. Keep an eye out on ebay for them. I got 2 of them, without hooks, for $25, a great deal. I also found a brand new pop max for $18, another great deal.
  21. Would never listen to this song, but if the video came on, I couldn't not watch it.
  22. I don't think killing the turtle, or anything else for that matter, will solve any problems for you. I would chalk it up to one of those things that happen and keep on fishin.
