  1. How do you like the gearing on it? It says 26 ipt and I usually prefer 28 and above.
  2. Man, what ever happened to catch and release for someone else to get? ;D Haha nice pic though man
  3. I like that Okuma. IMO it has some daiwa-esque lines 8-)
  4. You generally have to wait, i think due to their contract with Comedy Central.

A suggestion would be get the biggest hard-drive you can afford (or willing to spend for that matter). I know before my xbox hung itself my hard-drive was darn near full, but iirc it was only a 16gb. I think PS3 standard hard-drive space is 30gb. I may be wrong though.
  6. I've played football 3rd grade to 8th grade in Parks and Rec. We were told to try and level the opponent. Go in with your shoulder pads and put your leading shoulder into their chest, with your head to either side (depending on which shoulder you lead with) , wrap them up and bring them to the ground. If your feet left the ground in a flying/spear type tackle, there was a 15 yd penalty. IMO, Malicious hits after the whistle deserve penalties and fines. During the play, let the boys be boys.
  7. Last time I checked this was a fishing forum not English class or Grammar School... No need to kick a guy in the nutz for his spelling on the Internet without knowing his background or reasoning... Some one must have thought it (spelling) was important or they wouldn't have put a "check spelling" function on the site. Just saying...How can you ridicule someone for their spelling then follow up starting a sentence off with AND??? Sorry for starting my sentence off with an AND. It's now gone.
  8. For shorter grips, I like full cork because I think it gives me a little more accuracy, but with longer handles, I like split grips, because I put my hand on the nub on the bottom and I feel it gives me more of a "catapult" effect if you will.
  9. I've been using my Crucial M/xf for Horny toads and it has suited me well, although i'd like a H
  10. I have personal experience with the Carbonlite an PQ, while casting a couple times with a Citica. I voted Carbonlite, because its a fancy PQ, and I haven't used the Citica alot, but people seem to love it.
  11. And, if they'd outscored all their opponents they'd be undefeated. The reality is they killed themselves with penalties. The mark of an undisciplined loser. Nothing like snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. That is almost exactly what I said.
  12. Good way to get rid of the QB controversy.
  13. That Core and Cumulus look like they were matched in heaven! Although i'm not a fan of foam grips...
  14. If they didn't kill them selves with penalties, their record would be different. Nuff said.
  15. Did you see something I didn't..? @ 1:07 All I saw was a guy trying to get that fsih clear of the pilings..I didn't see what appears to you to be, moby dick.. :-? No, i didn't say the fish looked like moby dick, I mean the way he was fighting it all leaning back, and stumbling backwards and stuff. Maybe you just didn't see it the way my 15 year old brain did.

  17. I think we have our work cut out for us because he doesnt have any electronics. Lol just gonna be us 3, a bunch of poles and a aluminum boat haha.
  18. Haahahahahahahah rofl!!!!! When he caught that fish from skipping under the bridge I about died!!! haha little guy + 3lb bass= Looking like he's fighting moby dick!!! ;D Bahahahahahahaha
  19. Nate, you've got mail
  20. On halloween weekend me and my dad will be visiting my uncle who lives about 1 mile from the reservoir, but he hardly ever fishes. He wants to get into it so he picked up some decent combos and a jon boat that he repaired (He's contracted by the gov. basically for making things). So we're probably gonna take his boat out. First things first, I just checked the depth contours for this lake on angling-technologies.com and d**n this lake is DEEEEPPPP!!! The average depth is 60 ft and at its deepest is 141 ft!!! ;) :) And from what I could tell, there is a huge main channel that goes where the lake does and the only real drop offs I could find were from like 60ft -100ft. Can you even bass fish that deep?? Also though, there are ALOT of 10' flats, which I think would be awsome in the spawn with a c-rig, but what about these in the fall? Another thing that is concerning is that most of the shallower (0-30') water is on the OTHER side of the 3100 acre lake. Well, its an electric lake only and he only has a trolling motor and a battery. So it looks like we'll be fishing DEEP. At shallowest maybe 30' I dont think DD cranks can down that far, can they? Any help is appeciated, Thanks 8-)
  21. I always thought that was a private pond that the company there owned... :-X
  22. HaHa I have actually wrote that on a U.S. History test that was fill in the blank... Man I am in the same boat that you are in. I have Honors Algebra II and that stuff is hard!!! Its much different than Geometry (which I loved). I too was a beast at geometry, but this Algebra is stupid hard.
  23. hmmm, so maybe I should BLEEEPP zbrush or mudbox? I know BLEEEPP-ing is wrong but which would you prefer?
  24. Whichever rod feels best in your hands. Although I find that when i'm fishing my rods seem shorter. IMO It's more a matter of getting used to a 7' pole.
