  1. There is no set in stone rod for certain techniques just preferences. Some people may like a M-XF rod for worms, while others like a MF-F.
  2. Save a fish, Use a swimbait.

  10. Maybe add a bit of color too it ? Other than that looks nice
  11. Samurai is about 30 depending on line weight at TW, PowerPro is ~12 at Wal-Mart.
  12. Wife Carrying, Bog Snorkelling, Toe wrestling, Octopuch (Underwater hockey) Kickball, Cheese rolling, Cardboard tube dueling, Mud pit belly flops, Bossaball, Caber Toss, Hardcore Parkour. Just the usual stuff,... Oh and C-A-P-S CAPS CAPS CAPS!!!, also HOW 'BOUT 'DEM COWBOYS! 8-)
  13. Daiwa Samurai is great, but for the money PowerPro gets my vote
  14. If I remember correctly, Shimano has a patent on PP lines so that others can't copy their line size, components or manufacturing process. why would they?powerpro is outdated and there are far better lines being made. I just don't see it. Yeah, Samurai and Toray Bawo are better but they are also extremely expensive and in a different class. That's like comparing Vicious Fluorocarbon to Shooter or Tatsu....there is no comparison. I'm very hard to please when it comes to line but PP has never given me any problems. Not going to get into a my brand is better than your's debate with anyone so no need to rebuke. I've tried several others and didn't like them. Dodgeguy is just stating his lopsided opinion. I'm surprised you didn't get his famous picture of the line that he uses. My thoughts exactly
  15. Did it come with the optional silencer?

    Hahahahahahaha good joke!! ;D
  17. Basspro.com currently doesnt have them, so check them often you may be able to match a serial number, info, stats etc.
  18. When my granpa lets me play the Pick3, I play birthdays and important dates to me. But, I always pick a random one that I think sounds good
  19. Crankbait/lipless rod = 10# CXX Carbonlite combo = 12# Fluoro ( I like Seagaur AbrazX) or 30# braid. Spinnerbait/topwater = 12-17# mono, I like Sufix Seige. Spinning Combo. = 6-8# CXX. A good general purpose line. As for switching the Citori and Callisto, put your best foot forward. Switch them so your Citori is on. Let your Callisto be a back-up reel with a general line like 10-12# CXX or Yo-Zuri Hybrid. And as for cleaning and lubing, its not really that hard. Oil on the bearings and spinning freely stuff, grease on the gears etc. Make sure everything goes back the way it came off though, It helps to film yourself so if you forget your not lost. Do it slowly and take mental notes. And Ardent sells a reel maintenance kit for $20 with good oil and grease, a good degreaser, a microfiber cloth, some swabs and a scrub brush. This is what I have and my reel couldn't be quiter/smoother after re-lubing it.
  20. Cast with right hand, But i've mastered the art of switching hands during the cast. Then I reel with my right hand, left hand palming the reel. I store fished lefties but it just felt awkward.
  21. I've actually ate that before and my grandfathers. Its SOO good but its a heart attack. There are plenty of youtube vids on how to make it too.
  22. Thanks New, I'll remember that next time it snows. And hell, $12-15 is like the lottery!
