    And if you need a reel under $45, Just go to Wal-Mart and pick up an Abu Cardinal reel. They ring in at exactly 45 iirc.

    IMO, Abu's rods so far are all flash, no cash. For the price there are much better rods. But if your set on the Veritas, get it.
