  1. IMO i think your wrong, my Bucoo blows the Vendettas away.
  2. They have a different main gear material as well. I played around with the PQ and PQT in store and just by turning the handle they were of noticeably lower quality than the normal PQ's. I thought the extremes performed better then the PQT's , but im glad to hear you were happy with them Jason!
  3. $220 - 230 with tax! ;D
  4. Seige is by far the best mono out there, with elite coming in second IMHO. I use 17# test Sufix Seige in Camo color and it works great!
  5. Its worth the six hour drive, trust me i own one and had to do the same thing to get it, drive forever LOL ;D
  6. I am also a sneller! I snell all hooks every shape in size! And i dont know why people say its hard to snell an EWG, it wasnt even harder then a straight shank hook.
  7. Plano Soft Sider Gear Bag 4471, hell ill bust out the credit card for 9.99 more ;D Lol why a tackle bag? Because I spend WAYYY to much on fishing lures already and dont have the space anymore.
  8. The Carbonlite is fugly. I will admit it is, im getting mine professionally painted. The gold is nasty.
  9. Definitely Go with the Bucoo. Alot better balance and better sensitivity IMO.
  10. " Cant you just eat around the buck shot?" LOL ;D
  11. haha went to the OBX a couple weeks ago and had to get respooled at the pier, and when you buy by the yard, it sounds so cheap!, till they give you your total lol!
  12. http://www.tackledirect.com/powerpro.html They sell PP Ace (hollow braid,), and the splicing kit. Ive never orderer from them though. :-X
  13. I agree with Whets on the rod aspect and reel, but if you want a cheaper reel that performs great also ( And not that Fugly green ) , take a look at the Bass Pro Shops Pro Qualifier and CARBONLITE. They are exceptional reels for the price! 8-)
  14. Which is better for a BC? Im assuming InvisX Because of its easier manageability but AbrazX could possibly be better? Thanks.
  15. Hello forum members, I come in peace with a question to ask your expertly expertiseness. I need some suggestions for some line to use on my rod and reel. I will be using this for Jigs and soft plastics. I prefer flourocarbon so please stick with FC lines. My rod is a Falcon Bucoo 7' H/F (more like a MH/F) With a Carbonlite reel RH 6.4:1. What would you spool it up with? I dont but line often so i wanna get a quality spool, preferably around 17#. Thanx! 8-)
  16. A floating wake crankbait in Pearl Shad.
  17. It should be back after all the major sports events are over like the Stanley Cup Playoffs (which i didnt mind at all ) and the tour de france. Ive been waking up early to watch all my fishing shows and all they've been playing is junky Tour de France. (Which like Curling in the Olympics, I just cant stop watching). Versus, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put fishing back on!
  18. If you could have ONLY 1 combo for the rest of your life, what would you pick? And why? Include Rod, Reel, and Line! Be specific! Waiting to see what every body says!
  19. Its an aesthetic thing, but also its a personal preference thing. I like to wind it closer to the reel, and maybe it has something to structurally, but i doubt it.
  20. All year, i even fish Christmas morning while i wait for my family to get up.
  21. Sorry! Im looking too spend $200-250 all together!
