  1. $300 is a steal of a price for that bottle. Jeff

  3. Heading out of the inlet in El Salvador. We were in a 38'er but that first wave hit us head on and stood the boat up almost straight up and down. Once you get past the first one it is a cake walk, but it is like that everyday. There are even locals that will pilot your boat out for you for $10 US. We were prepared and sitting on bean bags on the floor but it was still nuts. The week before they flipped a 62' Viking headed out at the same spot. I would never go back but man was that a great week of fishing! Jeff

  5. BCR854GLX......I have a couple of them and they are always with me! Reels are Shimano 7:1 or higher. Right now is a Chronarch 200e7 on one and a Metanium XG on the other. Might try my new ci4 on one next. I am always experimenting! Jeff

  16. So how long do you think it took them to edit out the safety harnesses? Jeff
  17. I had 3 of them. Notice I said had. My models were 7' h/xf(2) and a 7'6'' h/xf micro. While these rods were light, they were WAY to fast of a rod for almost anything I could think to use them for. They were ALL backbone and no tip. Sensitivity was what you would expect for a rod in the $90 range(cause that is what they go on sale for). Honestly I would save a little more and get a little better rod. But that is my opinion and you know how the saying goes. PS- I gave all 3 of mine away! Jeff

  24. I actually did some research on this product a little while back. It is only good for a certain amount of time, and the biggest problem is that oil is penetrable to the product. As in the oil from your skin. Therefore, if you touch an area that has been treated, just once, it is ineffective! Also any friction wipes it off as well. It is a start to a great idea, yet still has a way to come for a practical use item! Jeff
