  4. Welcome to the forums! Water temps here in TN are still low 40's and the fishing has yet to pick up. But if you are just lucky, you have a chance at a good one this time of year. Reelfoot is very shallow and covered with Willow tree knees and stumps. The water looks good everywhere. Makes it hard to fish sometimes! Jeff

  6. Didn't even think about that. My non DC is XG and my DC's are HG. Thanks for the clarification! Jeff
  7. Braking, knobs on handles and different color cast control knob/level wind guide. The non DC has gold accents, the DC is all silver. Jeff
  8. I am pretty obsessed about that one as well! Jeff
  9. Knowing you, I think you catch her this year. There was 1 in Pond X before the levy broke. We had caught fish up to 8lb 9oz in there. She was over 10 EASY. Seen her 3 different times, but she was a smart ol gal. She was in the exact spot that you couldn't get to her all 3 times. Every time we saw her was the last week of March or the first week of April! Jeff
  10. That is something you need for sure! Jeff

  14. Gold right? Haha. That was actually a hand tied jig on a Siebert Big-O head! Jeff
  15. My suggestion is to get th 12v batteries AND a bigger TM. The harder your tm has to work, the longer you have to draw. I have a similar boat, extra wide jon with decks and erveything. I have a 80lb 24v TM and I can go all day in current without using half my battery life. Jeff
  16. I have used Bait Werks and was very happy. Jeff
