There aren't too many country groups coming about these days that are worth listening to and I don't think these guys are any different. There really aren't too many new country singers that are worth listening to either. This is all my opinion of course.

I picked him up today from the local shelter. He's about 6 weeks old and 5-6 pounds. He's all brown except for his tail. My Dad named him Rufus and it's sticking pretty good.

That was a great documentary. If you haven't seen it you should. They said they took fire everyday for 15 straight months. It really shows how dedicated you have to be to be in the military.

Rig them any way you want. There is no "best" way to rig them.

What Daiwa reel? I haven't felt a bad one yet, although i've never touched a steez. I like the Advantage HSTA frame and the Zillion frame the most though. Where do you get all of these reels? Do you have a really high paying job for a 15 year old? Just curious.

My Vendettas and Pro Qualifiers feel pretty good in my hands. For spinning I really like the grip on the Carbonlite. It fits my hand extremely well.

I just checked mine and it said I was 20. I guess I hit a 0 instead of a 2 when I signed up. I'm actually 18.

Yeah, you can zero them.

I have Bass Pro's digital scale and it works fine for me. I usually weigh the fish through the gills or lip, but this year I may start using a bag to weigh them. A bag seems like it would be easier and give the bass no chance of falling off the hook.

I voted for the PQ. They are the best reels you can get for the money IMO.

Nice man. I have a feeling you will be pleased with the reel. It's weird that you don't like the Pflueger or Abu you had. I've fished my Abu a lot and it works great. I just got the President for Christmas, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. It feels like a great reel so far, but only time will tell. I hope you have better luck with your new Shimano though.

I would give it a shot. I wouldn't expect many bites with it, but you will get some quality fish. PS- if you haven't entered the state vs. state contest, you should. A five pounder from your state would probably win.
