  1. @Glennwhat size were you using in the video? I’m thinking 4.5” but would you ever use the 6”?
  2. Kinda looks like same mold as alluring baits used to be. I’ve used those. Don’t expect any action. More of a bulkiness to slow down your jig fall and look realistic laying on the lake floor. That said, I had very good luck with them
  3. The virus will die by the time whatever from China gets to you
  4. You don’t have a problem with hookups with the small hook on the buckeye and a bigger worm like the shakey magnum?
  5. That’s a good idea. Something like this:
  6. Hi Wade, Thanks for your inquiry. I found some Mardi Gras baby brush hogs by googling. Cabelas and tackletrap Enjoy your day, paulmandude
  7. I was a little reluctant to post this but I’m too dang proud of how well it looks. I think this is a bait practically no one has ever heard of. Venom claims it’s 2” but really 3” including the claws. I think it’ll be perfect for finesse fishing...Ned and Shakey specifically. And best part? 50 pk for $5, not including shipping of course. They are under the close out deals on venoms website. Get a a few packs and shipping will be worth it. Not a lot of natural colors but this is moccasin and the other natural color is green gourd
  8. I’m interested in what you use for weighted wacky/flick shake
  9. Why not use a bass casting weight? They’re like $1 a pack at walmart
  10. I think the havoc line might be discontinued. On TW’s site, it sure looks like a lot of them are on close out. I think Berkley is gonna force us to pay more for the powerbait versions (that prob have tanked in sales) edit: yup, only 4 product available with very limited stock and colors when searching “havoc” on TW site
  11. Berkeley havoc pit boss $2.16 free shipping amazon prime or $25+ Green haze Perfection blue fleck
  12. Cool, thanks! I’ll be sure to buy a few things
  13. Lunker City website- $1.49 pudgie $2 sluggo ss $3 grubster $2.49 5” fin-s $3.49 5.75” fin-s $3 sinking sluggo $2.49 fin-s shad $50+ Free shipping or $3.49 flat rate shipping. Dont ever see shipping that cheap. i got a bunch of pudgies, looks like missile baits Ned bomb. Also trying some sluggo ss on a shaky
  14. Eugene slip knot. Never heard of it before. I agree I hate the Palomar knot also. But will prob stick with it
  15. Whatever you use for a senko I’m sure is fine. 3/0 or 4/0 ewg here.
  16. I have no experience but have heard that you want to bend the bottom of the wire 180 degrees so it doesn’t catch as much
  17. You can still cut a zero in half ?
  18. I think they are perfect plastic, plastic not the Elaztech type. So super soft and supple one fish baits lol, not the super soft and supple million fish baits
  19. Sounds like your on top of it. I’d repack the trailer bearings if they haven’t been done recently.
  20. Outlet bait and tackle- free shipping over $10 code: GIFTSHIP they have yum bad mammas two pack for $1.50 Friday blast off. Also stocked up on booyah boo rigs in 1/2oz. For $1 each! I think they are like a legal Alabama rig for one hook states
  21. This bait was made in mind of using a Ned rig bait like Missile Baits Ned Bomb or similar like zmans trd although I’m sure a tiny realistic craw would be perfect. It’s pretty much in line with zmans Ned rig jig but tested by John Crews/Mike Iaconelli. I’m pretty sure you want to use the same equipment and retrieves you would using a Ned rig. It just gives the fish a different look
  22. Thanks, but $8 shipping kills the deal
  23. Dicks sporting goods has buy 3 get one free on Yum, Googan, and zman baits for a limited time only. Even in store. Not a bad deal for yum products that are already outrageously low priced!
  24. How does one rig a worm on this? I’m guessing go through the bottom of the worm to the top? Got a few packs from clearance a few years ago Just looked them up on their website and I guess that’s what you do. Anyone try these?
