I've had lighting run in to the house and lost several cordless phones, satillite and internet boxes; etc. The worse was 2 years ago ... lighting struck beside the road and blew the city water line out of the ground. About 40 yards away my Nissan took an unhealthy dose of EMP . Fried the ECM, several sensors and doodads .... I'd had the car a week !!

So I had been wondering if the KVD stuff was/is still available? The BPS's here basically stopped stocking it like 3-4 years ago and only have their version of it. And I wondered if the bps stuff was any good.... I love the KVD Conditioner. Sadly I've not needed much as I have not been fishing much the last 2 years .... plan to change that! ?

Makes a heck of a difference to me, mono and braid. Give the line a good soak spray the night before, and again before hitting the water. Be sure to get the whole spool. Just my opinion your milage may vary

Used the Fuji kit from wallyworld on a spin rod once. Worked reasonable. But use better glue than what comes in the kit. The hot-melt stuff turned loose when I left my rod in the hot car one day.

Another useless Government project?

Me, the LESS I see of my boss, all the better. He is super smart, and super lazy. I really have no use for him. If we get thank you's from him, or any of the other manager types, it is to blow smoke up your butt, so you'll keep doing what you do without complaining. Why do I stay? Mostly because it has been steady work, no down-turns or layoffs in this lousy economy. Sometimes you just have to keep your head down and your mouth shut.......

Reminds me of my wife a couple months back....... ...we had gone out for burgers, and were headed back home. She had already told me she had to pee. I was hurrying home as quick as I could for her. Well, we live out in the country, and have to cross the railroad tracks. Just before we get to the RR crossing she complains of food stuck between her teeth. So when I stop, I flip on the interior light to find the bag of floss-sticks in the console. Before I find the bag, she opens the door and bails, drops trou and pees right there!! I mean a real flood right there at the crossing......Funny as all heck! I laughed until I had to pee..... Good 'ol redneck women. Gotta love 'em

Not much to add here except to agree about solving this before you deploy. Find someone other than us at BR to talk with, someone you can get facetime with. Your Unit Chaplain for example..... ...and trust your gut until proven otherwise....
