How Many Of Y'all Are Bottom Feeders?
During a weak moment I did once think about law school.

Wife's Tales...
Young wives will have so many items on their (your) "honey do" list that you'll rarely have the chance to go fishing. Old wives, on the other hand, will desperately want you out of the house-thus giving you plenty of time to fish.

Fishing An Area Deeper In The Forests That Has Bf Reports By Night Fisherman.
Half the time you can't find a private tree to take a pee behind and yet Big Foot has managed to elude man all these years?! Sorry, don't buy it.

Catching Panfish?
If you have a cricket cage, get a bunch of crickets. No self-respecting bluegill will pass up a delicious cricket.

Radios While Fishing?
If you play the bass (not to be confused with "bass") so loud that your boat vibrates around the lake like a player on an electric football or hockey game (remember those?), then yes, it will probably frighten off the fish. But otherwise, i doubt they can even sense it.

I Fish Mainly For Bass. Other Fisherman???
It's odd to me that if/since most bodies of water hold multiple species, there wouldn't be numerous fisherman pursuing multiple species. I don't distinguish fishermen based on on their preferred prey or technique. Only if they have a 5 gallon bucket. That, I admit, is my prejudice.

Selling My Little Boat To A Friend
Depending on the size of your new boat, the little ten footer might be really handy to keep for use on lakes where access is limited. Maybe you could keep it and just lend it to your friend now and then? This is, I think, what I would do. But if you want and or could use the money, maybe ask 500 bucks and let him feel good when he talks you down 50 or a hundred dollars.

Boss
I was not a fly on the wall to witness what you described however, generally speaking, calling everyone out is not the mark of a good leader-no matter how passionate you are about your work. What it will do is cause your co-workers to secretly despise you.

Absolutely Stumped
What time of the day are you going? I find that especially in early spring, the later in the day you go, the more the sun has warmed the water and the more active the bass will be. Have you tried lipless crankbaits (with rattles)? On one early spring day a friend and I fished everything including the kitchen sink without a sniff from the bass but when we tied on lipless crankbaits, the pond came alive with bass. I've seen it numerous times since then.

Persuasive Essay Ideas
It's not a very exciting topic (until you actually begin paying property taxes-and then you'll understand) but here's one: Why property tax assessment is unfair, should be banned, and why city taxes should be based solely on cost of services, infrastructure, salaries, etc.

Would You Eat A Worm For A Dollar?
Actually the question is, what's the stupidest thing you've ever done on a dare or bet? Mine was trying to swallow a "cake" of jello WHOLE back when I was in grade school. It finally went down but not before I'd wished I'd been been born smart instead of handsome.

What's On Your Mind Today, Fishermen?
Ice fishing notwithstanding, it's been so long since I've fished that it seems like something OTHER people do.

Guy Builds His Own Kenworth Semi Trailer And Truck
Pretty neat. The best "mini" I've seen yet is an RC B-52 (about 1: 4 scale). It was purely RC, though, and it crashed so it's probably good no one was piloting it.

Anyone Else Struggle Here
Apart from when they are bedding, if I see bass which are cruising around slowly and don't seem to have a care in the world, I can rarely get them to bite. Especially if they are pressured fish.

Fell Into A Deal
About twice a year the local Meijers put a lot of their stuff on "drastic" clearance but they don't seem to do that anymore. I'm still grieving.

Nothing
It's tough for just about everyone not near the equator right now but confining oneself to the docks will make it toughter still. This cold winter has probably kept them from staging-let alone moving shallow to spawn.

Diehard Fisherman!!!
Once out on Cedar Lake near Carbondale I was fishing with a buddy. We watched storm clouds building and I suggested we go in. My buddies like, "It'll miss us." Boy was he wrong. The wind wasn't strong but the lightning and thunder and rain was terrible. We crouched on the edge of a cove and prayed. Afterwards we were soaked but had survived. The temperature must've dropped 15 degrees but the bluegill were biting so we continued to fish. They were warmer than the air temperature so we began calling them "hand warmers". We still do to this day.

Words Can Hurt
They're still better than sticks and stones. My girlfriend has also gotten into the habit of asking me "Why do you need any more fishing stuff?" I just ignore her. I once compared a really GOOD fisherman to a professional baseball player to which she replied, "What's so hard about fishing?" Sigh! Some people will never understand. I was going to say "Just give your wife a pickle" but it sounds like you already have. : )
