  2. My 997c was bought for me for the purpose of trying to locate a couple of bodies. My cousin drown last winter in Ky. Lake. The local volunteer boys were a joke to say the least. Side scans did end up finding them. I have been amazed at what I see on them. That is a good pic and looks like a body to me bassdoc. It is creepy...
  3. Yup. Looks like the Crew are the only rivals we got this year. What's the score G_Phishin? 4-2? Anyway, we get Ludwick back this weekend, Carpenter hasn't lost his touch and the bullpen is holding up so far! Cards are gonna be hard to hold.
  4. WOW!!! Glad to hear ya'll had a great time. Wish I could have made it. Way to go guys! CJ

  8. Glad to see you back! CJ
  9. I would dang sure like to give it a try! I wouldn't want him to have any handicaps and we could fish anywhere. Do I think I could beat him? I wouldn't tell myself I couldn't. If I did, would that make me better or even on the same level? NOPE!

Uhh.... if you read the comments, around page 2 a couple people involved in that video state it's a..... uh......... LEgend. Yup I see that now. Totally different boat than the new ones though.

I couldn't see the brand of boat he was driving but it looked like a piece of crap the way it handled. Acted very light. Didn't look like the best captain either. I think his first mistake was getting behind the wheel. He looked to be a newbie.
  12. I missed this one Burley. It may be the pic but it looks like they may have used a different setter than what I've used. Is that not planted in bays? It's diffenently done different than how we did it.
  13. I haven't ever liked his attitude but he is good but still..................................................THE CUBS ARE DEAD!!!
  14. Yeah Brent, I wasn't saying the Camaro wouldn't out run a Mustang. I was just saying I like them both. I'm not a much of a performance car guy. I am a sucker for the eye candy though. CJ
  15. This ain't no mustang thread. Didn't think it was a drag racing thread either. And uh....you didn't change my mind about the Mustang. I like both, the Camaro and Mustang.....I am allowed to do that, right?
  16. WOW!!! Easily a 12 before the spawn. She's a beauty Paul. Awesome catch!!! CJ
  17. That Mustang is freakin' sweet too!!!
  18. LBH was doing the filming with Senko77 and I. Idaho did the filming at the dinners. I hope, if it were okay, that the presentations could be posted somewhere. All of them were great! Nice job Russ! CJ
  19. Awesome Blaine! Everybody should experience high water elevations sometime. I love it! It's a lot of fun to get back in the trees and catch em'. Nice fish you two! CJ
  20. Around here, which isn't far from where you are, the fish will move on back and bury up in the brush and bushes. They will even go up into the wooded ares and may become hard to reach. They love to suspend in the bushes so you might think about a slow falling lure or a lure that will fish in the middle of the water column, like a spinnerbait. I fish Ky./Barkley lakes and I love it when the water comes up like this! Keep in mind though that a lot of fish are spawning right now.
  21. I have been told that there were studies that gave averages that showed bucks grew %50 the size of the females for a given fishery. For example, if it's possible for a female to reach 10 lbs. in a body of water, males may reach 5 lbs. I have caught what I believe was a male that weighed 5 lbs. 2 oz. on Barkley Lake. Raul can tell you how to sex a fish.
  22. Great vid Russ. I'm pretty sure that was 7! LOL SSSSSSuper!!!
  23. Are they prominent, primary pine trees planted in pea gravel? It's rare for fish to grow wise to a jig. Their positioning may change, as Senko77 mentioned. I like what he said and I might add a dropshot to the mix. The crankbait and spinnerbait are good ideas too.
