  1. Keep them in their bags inside a Plano 3731 Box. I have found that it is the best of both worlds.
  2. 47 Spots and 3 Smallies on Table Rock last summer.
  3. El Grande Boom R Ang is the best out there...... oops
  4. Awesome, I fished that area last summer and it was unforgettable.
  5. I have the 6'6" M Finesse Spinning model. I picked it up for $45 in the flea market on here. I've used it for drop shotting, senkos, grubs, shakey heads, and tubes. I think it is a great rod even for the $100 price point.
  6. Black and blue jig with rattles
  7. I have been killing em on a slow drag and drop technique.
  8. DSG: Havoc Sick Fish Havoc Rocket Craw Havoc Subwoofer Picasso Shakedown Walmart: Norman DD22 Norman Fat Boy Yum Crawbug Rebel Floating Minnow
  9. Nope, too many lakes here to fish them all.
  10. That is a pike for sure. I would try top water frogs, lipless crankbaits, soft jerkbaits, weedless soft swimbaits, and a johnson silver minnow. The swimbaits and the silver minnow are great for pike. You can use a leader such as the Cortland Toothy Critter leader, which is tie-able, but is not necessary. If you have a medium or medium light rod I would set your drag low but if you have a medium-heavy or heavy baitcast rod, you can probably just horse the fish in at that size.
  11. Denali Jadewood 6'6" Medium is my favorite rig for dropshotting.
  12. I noticed the Tourney Pro and the old BPS Carbonlite are extremely similar since I own both. I looked on the boxes and they were both located in Springfield, MO. That explains the BPS buyer restarting the company and the similarities.
  13. The Twitch Stick 10 is very similar to a LC Pointer 100. Same depth, similar profile and action.
  14. Perception Sport Pescador-$500 Good PFD-$100 Good Paddle-$100 =$700 Leaves you some money for rigging. I would also look used to save money. I got my 25 oz. Carbon Fiber paddle for $40.... a steal.
  15. The lake is about 10 minutes from my house.
  16. You could try a Cortland Toothy Critter Leader. I normally only use them with my Megabass or other high dollar crankbaits though. I assumed that it would hurt a jerkbaits action but i could be wrong.
  17. The maroon ones look to be Cumaras because the new Velocity rod is black. Him using a Fenwick is not a surprise because they are a part of Pure Fishing.
  18. I had been using the War Eagle Screamin' Eagle for this purpose on St Clair. May have to give these a try. What color was most productive for you?
  19. The FLW Bass Fishing League has a tournament on April 13th at Santee Cooper. http://www.flwoutdoors.com/bassfishing/bfl/tournament/2013/7088/santee-cooper-lakes-details/
  20. Did you put backing or tape on the spool prior to spooling the braid?
  21. He came to one of the shows in Michigan and it wasn't too crazy, maybe 60 people in the seating area. Not to mention it is his home state! I even had time to talk to him afterwards.
