  8. I don’t know I’m short I use 7 ft 6 carbon light spinning rod for wading in the river for Smallies. It casts light lures better and handles fish in the current really good. It’s my go to for sure.

  10. Rage Craws Rebel crawdad crankbait and smaller spinnerbaits. Look for anything that breaks or slows the current. I wade the river about every weekend.Also the Ned rig is a killer.

  13. Always used a 1/4 ounce shot about 6 to 8 inches above the craw. That way he has room to move a little.When he sees a bass he can react normally.

  15. I like Academy prices and selection. Here in Springfield we have the big Bass pro shops and his prices are crazy. Plus we have Lews sportsman warehouse. I just suscribed to bass time for 12 dollars and they sent me a 10 academy gift card. That was pretty cool of them.

  20. Gonna try out Shimano,Need a few new reels. Really like what i see so far.Used them back in the late 80s.Going with there mid range line.Everyone i talked to said there outstanding reels.
  21. I really like Strike Kings coffee scent. They seem to hold it longer.
  22. They sure use the current to there advantage.
