Crankbait if I'm banging rocks but I use a Spinnerbait for everything else.I want to fish a crankbait more this year. Love those War Eagles on the river,There hard to beat.

I have used spinning more and more the past couple of years.Heavy jigs and Spinnerbaits I still use a baitcasters for control and speed.But small jigs wacky worm,Neko rigs ,Flukes I have 7 ft medium Xtra fast action.I can catch up to the lure quick and set the hook.Xtra fast took some getting used to but I really like it.

Back in the day Bass Buster Maribou jigs caught a ton of bass. Billy Westmorland Hoss fly tore em up too.Hair works all year.

War Eagle finesse Spinnerbait in sexy mouse or regular mouse color with 1 gold blade.River bass tear those up.

Try to find holes and use a float and fly or a hair jig slow.Down size your jigs,In cold water there not n a mood to chase.When you find the depth there at a float and fly will keep the jig right in front of there nose.

War Eagle finesse Spinnerbait are tough.Caught some big gar and channel cat on them.
