Today I broke another one of my ny resolutions. Break my personal best and today i caught a 6lber.

Mine was to start using crankbaits. I have bought about 10 this winter but I lately have been using senkos. Im going to wait i little bit before i start using the cranks.

I dont know if this is true but i heard some of these chemicals work kind of like a steroid to make fish bigger. I dont know how that could be true, it seems it would just make the fish sick or somthin.

Its now official, I just ordered the kit from del mart!! Im just gonna use the stik mold they give me for now, then once I get some more money I will start buying more molds from lurecraft.

I caught four keepers today in similar conditions. I saw only one bed however and caught the female and male. I did spook a couple 5+lber. They said something on i think it was basscenter a week ago that really helped. When you sight fish it is best to have the sun at your back. This way the fish cant see you very good. The fish I spooked, the sun was not at my back, but the bed where i caught both fish, the sun was at my back. The other day I found a male on a bed. I flipped a jig with my friend to it for an hour. Then, I just rigged a 5in. watermelon w/ red flakes senko weightless and the male attacked it first cast. This Senko worked all day today also. These are the first timed I had tried an actual Senko. I am now in love with it. The females should be staying on the beds within the next week or so. I only have to work 2 days this week so I can go fishing the rest!!!!

I think your agrument is legit especially if this is a public lake. If it hurts the fishing then you could say its destroying the wildlife and the fishes habitat. But I dont know exactly who you have to argue with in order to win. Anyways, You can probably win this argument if you can get support from other anglers.

I am about to order some molds from lurecraft. There are so many molds i dont know which ones to order. Which molds (from lurecraft) are your favorite and which ones are good for starters?

Today, i went fishing for a little bit in my boat. I didnt catch anything. I just couldnt find any beds or spawning fish. Most of the fish have probably come up. It was in the 70's today just south of Atlanta. Do you guys have any advice on finding beds??

She will die within the next few months... She is too old and too big. She will not be caught in this time since she is so smart. However, I believe within the next year or two a new world record will be caught. It will happen in either California or Cuba. ;D

I am going to pick that big yellow battery up this weekend after looking at them last week. It is $70 with the exchange of your old battery. It is the best one they have. They do have a couple cheaper models but this one last longer out on the water each day. I think it is an Everstart Max? It is a deep cycle/starting battery. Good Deal!

I have never intentionally used bluegill as bait.... but one time i was fishing for bluegill on a private dock and i caught one. I wanted to know where they went after you caught em so I just dropped him in the water without taking the hook out. He swam under the dock and after 30 sec I decided to reel him in. It was tough to real in so I thought i had it snagged on the side of the dock but i kept slowly reeling. Next think I know i see a 5+lber come out of the water. I brought him in and he was barely hooked with the tiny bluegill hook. It was a pb bass but that is the only time I have ever used bluegill as bait.

I now have great respect for these guys and if I dont catch the new wr I hope they do.

How was it only 10 on the top 10 plays? It was a world record. And they only showed it for 3 seconds. Definitely I am gonna watch bass center saturdaymorning.

Yeah I watched Earthworm and enjoyed it. I watched the show last week after i was on ew website. I had also seen randalls. Randall's was great because he was fishing on my home lake! He sure did sweat a lot. ;D It was a cool show. I think randall's episode is georgia on my mind or somthin similar.

If you catch that monster the first people you need to thank is Bass Resource, I know i will if it turns out there is a 26lber in my neighborhood pond.

I would have sold it to Bass Pro or just asked for lifetime free stuff.

I would watch it anyways but now i have to watch it.
